The Frommeyer family is taking a great stand for Jesus and His precious preborn children here in New Orleans.  This family makes a living by picking up trash.  The family recently terminated it’s contract with the construction company that is attempting to build the new Planned Parenthood mega killing center here.  This is precisely what God’s love looks like.  Simple little Christians living out their faith in extraordinary ways.

Brother Frommeyer: Just saying no to a dirty job

You’ve heard the advertising slogan countless times, made famous by the dulcet tones of the late Buddy Diliberto on WWL radio.

When River Parish Disposal started promoting its trash-hauling business 30 years ago as part of the New Orleans Saints’ broadcasts, little did Weldon Frommeyer and his son “Brother” know there was glory in garbage.

“River Parish Disposal,” Buddy D. would spout, setting up the punch line. “Our business stinks, but it’s picking up!”

Brother Frommeyer, now 32, played football at John Curtis Christian School and was an under-the-radar, 6-foot-2, 245-pound defensive end for Nick Saban at LSU. He didn’t play a lot, but he had the kind of relentless work ethic, taught behind the wheel of a dumpster, that impressed Saban.

After football season, and especially during the peak garbage times of Mardi Gras, Brother made sure to come home to Metairie to help his dad with his growing business, which he started 35 years ago with one truck and one employee.

When Brother – he got the name in part because he was the only boy among four sisters – told his dad he would get a side job to help with expenses during college, his father told him to concentrate on his studies and get his degree.

“He wanted me to stay in college and do well and get a degree and play football,” Brother said. “He gave me an allowance, and he took care of me like I’m sure any parent would love to do. I was blessed to have him do that for me, so any time he needed me, I was there for him.”

Joined dad after LSU
After finishing up at LSU, Brother joined River Parish Disposal full time and is now vice president. Any business, especially the trash-hauling business, is relationships. So when Brother received a phone call from a contractor to handle the construction debris at a medical center being built on South Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans, it was an easy to say yes to someone for whom he had worked previously.

this.’”

His father agreed. Brother approached the contractor and asked to be relieved from the contract. His request was granted.

Guided by principle
“This was very important for me to make this decision because, first of all, I’m Catholic and we have our beliefs,” Brother said. “That’s No. 1. Second of all, I’m just the type of person, in anything I do, that I don’t want anybody to think negative of me. I’m always out there trying to help the community.”

Since pulling his equipment, Brother wrote a letter to everyone who had emailed him urging him to have nothing to do with Planned Parenthood. In response, he’s received an avalanche of positive emails praising the company for its decision. He also sent a certified letter to Archbishop Gregory Aymond, who in February had urged businesses not to offer their services to help Planned Parenthood build its facility.

“By the response I’ve been getting, it’s looking good,” Brother said. “I think a lot of people who are raised in this city know that it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. I’ve also heard the saying, ‘People will open up more doors than you have the keys to.’ That’s basically saying the same thing. I call New Orleans the biggest small city, because everybody knows everybody. By doing the right thing, trust me, the word will get out.”

A future supporter
One email Brother received illustrated that. It was from a woman, whose husband is a contractor.

“She said they were always looking for people who do the right thing, and River Parish Disposal is now definitely on the top of their list to call for business,” Brother said.

In one of his recent commercials, Brother said he often is asked what religious order he belongs to. He jokingly admits he’s “taken confessions” from plenty of people displeased with their waste-disposal service.

As a kid, when he attended St. Stanislaus day camp, operated by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart, he got a lot of ribbing from his friends.

“They would always say, ‘Man, Brother, when you become a brother, what are they going to call you, ‘Brother Brother’?” he said.

No, he hasn’t taken vows, but he made one. On behalf of life.

To quote from Alice in Wonderland, “…things are getting curiouser and curiouser.”  This report from the Uptown Messenger in New Orleans certainly appears to suspect that something is afoot as OSA prepares to allow the theology of heaven to become biography is the streets of New Orleans this July 19-26, 2014.  As always, we are painted as right wing fundamentalists, armed with daggers between our teeth and Molotov cocktails in our hands.

What really is upsetting the Uptown Messenger is – Jesus!  It simply cannot tolerate Him being allowed out of the closet and released into the streets of a city that really wants nothing to do withHim.  You see, there would be no problem with abortion if it were not for Him.  There would be no problem with sexual perversion if it weren’t for Him.  There would be no problem with false religions, witchcraft, paganism, ad nauseam, if it weren’t for Him.  There would be no problem with greed, drunkenness, adultery, idolatry, homosexuality, swindlers, or slanderers were it not for Him.

Yep!  The devil has been partying in New Orleans for quite a while now, and God’s church is coming to the party.  I wonder how the gates of hell will fare when the church of Jesus Christ shows up at the doorstep?

Oh wait – I think I know!

Enjoy!

Here is an incredible report from Brandon and Michelle Stewart about the Houston Project.  As most of you know, Houston has 15 abortion mills within its city limits.  It has been left largely untouched by God’s church.

Not any more!  Brandon, Michelle and their family have been going to the exposed places in the wall in their city and God is showing up.  The saints in Houston have found new hope as the theology of heaven is becoming
biography at the gates of hell.

This week we had 5 saves at Houston Women’s Clinic.  What a wonderful week it was for Christians who have tirelessly labored in the city ravaged by the effects of sin.  I am happy to report that the new HB2 legislation is
shutting down 13 of the 15 killing places, by September 1.  We praise and thank King Jesus for this victory.  Now we will be able to more effectively witness as we can conquer by joining together on two sidewalks.

Today we had fun ministering and were very surprised when the police showed up.  They were not called to come, but nevertheless, three squad cars lined up side to side blocked the one way street’s only two entrances to the
clinic for over 10 minutes.  We are believing that this caused unconfirmed turnaways.

Rolley Haggard has hit another home run in this article that was written two years ago but has, just now, come to my attention.  Rolley sent it to me on “Facebook” which is the last place I would ever see it because I am never on facebook.  Mrs. Kristin McCora takes care of that for me.

Simply put in Operation Save America’s language – “Abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – and not one second sooner!”  Abortion is preeminently a Gospel issue.

Enjoy one of the finest pro-life articles I have seen in Years.  The one minute plan to end abortion.

In this AP article dated 26 June, 2014, it chose a picture of our brother Mark Gabriel fighting the good fight at our National Event in Jackson, Mississippi, in July 2006.  I wonder why the AP reached so far back in its pictorial inventory to demonstrate what was taking place at the Supreme Court on June 26, 2014?

Baby Malachi made his appearance once again to confront America in her sin.  “…and, by faith, he still speaks, even though he is dead.”  Hebrews 11:4c.

Note: this picture of Mark Gabriel was taken in Jackson, Mississippi, and not in Washington, D.C.  AP did not use any of the pictures that were taken at the Supreme Court on June 26, 2014.  I wonder why?

Oh, wait a minute – I think I know.  “The king’s heart is in the hands of the Lord;  He directs it like a watercourse wherever He pleases.”

God is truly directing our steps for our National event in New Orleans.  We just received the great news that on June 26, 2014, “River Parish Trash Removal” in New Orleans just cancelled its contract with the Construction Company that is desiring to build the new mega Planned Parenthood in this city.  I use the word desiring to emphasize the fact that no cement company near New Orleans is willing to sell or pour the concrete for Planned Parenthood’s foundation.  They simply do not want to be involved with hands that shed innocent blood.

The logo for “River Parish Trash Removal” reads: “Our business stinks but its pickin up!”  Well, its business may stink here in this world, but “River Parish Trash Removal” has just offered up a sweet fragrance of obedience and sacrifice for the pleasure of Almighty God.

So did Governor Bobby Jindal who just signed another incredible piece of pro-life legislation.  Here’s the link to the article.

AMERICAN CHRONICLES 7:14

THE GOSPEL BATTLE FOR TWO CITIES

As most of you know, the Church of Jesus Christ has been battling over the opening of Planned Parenthood (PP) abortion mills in two cities.  Kissimmee, Florida, has never had an abortion mill within its city limits, and New Orleans which is on the very cusp of becoming abortion free.  These two cities have become the focal point for a major move by (PP) to establish new killing centers in growing areas that either have no abortion mills or are losing the ones they have.  New Orleans had eight killing centers in 1995.  Today, it has only one.  And that one is teetering on the brink of extinction – may God bring it to pass!

The Church of Jesus Christ has risen up in both cities to put a stop to Planned Parenthood’s diabolical plans.  We were privileged to join the saints in the battle for the lives of preborn children this past week and were greatly blessed to witness all that Jesus is doing through these faithful Christians who are allowing the theology of heaven to become biography in the streets of their own cities.

Planned Parenthood in New Orleans still cannot get a concrete company to pour the cement it needs for the foundation of its killing center.  The people of New Orleans don’t want this monster in their city.  Planned Parenthood in Kissimmee had only four people and some media to show up for its “Grand Opening,” but it still cannot kill – at least not yet.  And with the tenacious Dr. Littell, Jay Rogers, and a large band of gentle Christians, it is unlikely that it ever will be able to kill.

How are they able to do this?  This is the power of the church come close.  This is the power of Jesus when He comes near.  This is the power which the gates of hell cannot prevail against.

Here’s the report…enjoy!
