Word In Warfare Invitation to Mississippi with States of Refuge

Friends, Greetings in the Name of Yeshua/Jesus our only God and King!
 
I have included a PowerPoint slide with information to send to your church today. If your church does not use PowerPoint for announcements the invite can still be read from the pulpit.
 
Remember, Word in warfare is more than a “Bible Reading Marathon”, or a simple little group read-a-long. It is 77 hours of non-stop spiritual warfare, praying the Word of God from beginning to end, aloud, in public and inviting everyone and anyone to do so. Intercessors and others can read one chapter and listen while others do the same in one group whether for a few minutes or taking a 2 hour shift day or night; doing it powerfully in the Spirit in front of Mississippi’s one remaining killing center in Jackson.
 
I will be arriving in Jackson, MS Sunday morning, April 1st and would ask you to join me Sunday afternoon at 4 PM at the Wesley Biblical Seminary to to kick off the Operation Save America year long 5 state campaign called the States of Refuge…targeting the 5 states in America with only one abortion mill.
If you are coming to Jackson and have housing needs please notify me immediately as hospitality is still available on a first come first served basis. No single hotel has been contracted for this event though several reasonable hotels are available.

States of Refuge – Word and Warfare

We are now at the Word and Warfare stage of our campaign Operation – First Abortion Free State.  We will be reading the entire Bible (unsheathing the Sword of the Spirit) at the gates of hell (the local abortion mills) in all five of the states that have one remaining abortion mill within their boundaries.  Our desire is to present to our Lord the first abortion free state at the Lincoln Memorial where we will also present to Him our National Emancipation Proclamation for the Unborn Child, in January, 2013.  The spiritual significance of this is monumental for it frees God’s hand to heal our land.  Below the dates and places for Word and Warfare. ~ Flip

Word in Warfare Opportunities

The States of Refuge campaign continues to march on. The next major push in implementing the vision is called Word in Warfare. Brother Chet Gallagher (Our state leader in Mississippi), based upon his study of Scripture, devised this battle strategy in spiritual warfare to be employed at the gates of hell throughout the land.

The Word in Warfare mission is designed to inspire Christians to unsheathe the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and declare, “Thus Saith the Lord” by reading aloud the entire Bible at key gates. In this instance, it will be employed at the five states, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming at the one death camp remaining that defiles our land. Each state leader will commence this aspect of the States of Refuge campaign on different dates.

Chet Gallagher in Jackson, Mississippi and Coach Dave Daubenmire in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, will kick their Word in Warfare assignment off on April 2, 3, and 4th. This is a strategic time. The Spring Forty Days for Life ends on April 1st. Right after this time of fasting and prayer, Word in Warfare will unleash God’s Word. We are praying God’s Word will go forth in power to defeat this evil that murders babies, enslaves the workers of iniquity, defiles our land, and invokes God’s judgement upon our nation.

Remember the power of God’s word according to Jeremiah. Jeremiah 1:9, 10 declares, “Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said to me, Behold, I have put my words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.” God’s Word spoken by God’s people in faith can root up what is evil and plant what is good in God’s sight.

A Kansas Pastor in Jackson Hole, Wyoming plans on commencing the Word in Warfare on April 27, 28, and 29th. Pastor Mark Kiser in Little Rock, Arkansas plans on initiating Word in Warfare on May 4, 5, and 6th. Cal Zastrow is still working on the dates for Fargo, North Dakota. As soon as he gets them to me, I’ll pass them unto you.

All these state leaders need volunteers to come and boldly delcare God’s Word to the principalities and powers dominating these abortion mills. Please pray about supporting this next phase of the campaign in some manner. These men and this ministry need prayer. Let them know you are praying. These men need team members to stand with them to wield the sword of the Spirit in the battle for the souls of men, the lives of babies, and the future of our nation. Please try to come and participate if at all possible. Each team leader needs about 20 team members optimum and 10 team members minimum. Today, two mailers were sent out to the five states that comprise the States of Refuge campaign. One was sent to every State Representative in Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, Sout Dakota, and Wyoming. They are receiving a cover letter and a brochure articulating the States of Refuge vision and mission. The other mailer is being sent to 950 churches in the five counties that have the one remaining abortion mill defiling their land. They will receive a copy of the powerful DVD Abortion Matrix, cover letter, and brochure. Please pray that the Lord will use these materials to convince the spiritual and civil leaders to join this righteous effort to cleanse the land of this grave evil in Jesus’ name!

Dear Christian Servant,

 The Lord richly bless you!  We pray this communication finds you well, always abounding in the love and work of our Lord.  Enclosed is a copy of a powerful documentary film called the Abortion Matrix and a brochure promoting a national campaign called the States of Refuge.  

These materials are being sent to churches in five different states; each of which has only one remaining abortion mill left within its borders.  We believe that abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – and not one second sooner.  We are asking you to consider this grave evil that threatens our national survival.  We are asking you to join with us in making your state the first abortion free state in America.  

 The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ.  When we cry out to God in repentance (2 Chronicles 7:14) we give Him an opportunity to have mercy, forgive our sin, and heal our land.  Ours is a call to stand in the gap and make up the hedge before our nation collapses under the weight of her own sin.

The participating ministries, listed on the right, have sought the Lord, weighed this vision before Him, and believe the time has come for its implementation.  We pray you will see its value as well and support the work that will potentially liberate your state from the blight of blood guiltiness.

Most of us are pastors of local congregations or traveling ministers who value and recognize the authority of the local church.  We seek to work through God’s church for His glory and the benefit of the little ones made in His image. We humbly seek your amen, covering, and blessing as we are determined to spend and be spent in the battle for men’s souls, the lives of children, and for the future of our nation.

We are seeking a peg in the Temple as it were; to rest this vision in each state where the abortion industry at its weakest point.  There is absolutely no way that the abortion industry can long continue in your state when the theology of the church house becomes biography at the gates of hell.  We know this to be true.  In 1991, the zenith of the abortion movement, there were over 2,000 free standing abortion mills in America.  Today, there are 713.  The battle is being won as simple Christians live out their faith in the streets.  We win when we give our God an opportunity to show up and show off!

We will employ only Biblical principles and stand upon God’s Word alone.  Then we will have church in the streets at the exposed places in our state.  We will fast, pray, praise, worship, proclaim, provide, and protect, at the very place where God’s precious image bearers are being slaughtered – the local abortion mill.  In the truest sense we will be living out our repentance in Godly sorrow that leads to life.

Our righteous goal is to return to Almighty God and His Commandments that He may once again make America “a city of a hill” and “a light to the nations.”  If you find any merit in this opportunity or have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.  We know God has friends in every city.  Men that understand the times and know what Israel (the Church) should do.

Government Letter    

  Dear Honorable Civil Servant,

The Lord richly bless you! Find enclosed a brochure announcing a new national campaign to liberate America from the blood guiltiness that is defiling our beloved land. It is called the States of Refuge, Operation: First Abortion Free States. You, along with every other Representative that serves in your state, are receiving this communiqué. The reason has profound implications. You serve civilly in a state that has one abortion mill remaining that kills babies in the womb and sheds innocent blood.

Abortion is a national tragedy that has invoked the just wrath of God upon our beleaguered nation. Isaiah 59:14 accurately depicts our precarious state, “Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; (Keep in mind that it is righteousness that exalts a nation) for truth has fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.” George Mason, Founding Father, when contending against the abomination of slavery in his day warned, “As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes national sins by national calamities.”

The Civil War was the fulfillment of his warning. It cost our nation 630,000 men. Our nation’s blood, treasure, and flower of our youth were crushed by this devastating conflict. This was the penalty enacted for violating the liberty clause in the Declaration of Independence. We took away the right to liberty from our black brothers and sisters and our nation was harshly judged. What do you think the toll will be when God Almighty demands an accounting for all the innocent blood that America has shed since the infamous Roe vs. Wade Decision?

Our nation, with the blessing of the state and the silent consent of the church, have murdered close to sixty million children made in the image of God. We have denied the most fundamental right of all, the right to life. Every other American right is meaningless, if this right is not protected. Truly, the Civil War may be a tame response from heaven when we consider the enormity between denying liberties as compared to denying life. In fact, President Lincoln stressed, “Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves.” Will the same hold true for Americans who deny life to their own children? Are we forfeiting the life of our nation in order to continue the slaughter of our posterity?

Each day we read in the headlines the dire predicaments that threaten our national survival. There is a direct connection between our spiritual and moral state and the litany of woe overwhelming us today. The Bible teaches that when innocent blood is shed, it cries out for vengeance from the blood-stained ground and rises into the ears of a Holy and Just God (Genesis 4:10 & Rev. 6:9, 10). It pollutes and defiles the land (Numbers 35:33; Psalm 106:38). It can withhold God’s forgiveness from a nation that allows the shedding of innocent blood to continue unabated (2 Kings 24:3, 4).

It defiles God’s sanctuary and profanes His holy name (Leviticus 20:1-4). It provokes God’s anger against His own people. His abhorrence is manifest in such a way that those who hate God’s people rule over them (Psalm 106:37-42). Consider the federal beast currently devouring our freedoms, finances, and future as it relates to this sobering warning. Thus, citizens will be subject to tyranny and unjust laws by which they cannot abide. A fierce and cruel people will attack and commit terroristic acts. God will lift His hand of protection and use enemies to judge nations that commit child sacrifice and shed innocent blood (2 Kings 24:1-4). Consider the rise of Islam in America and weigh how God has dealt with men and nations who allowed this idolatrous act in times past.

Unjust bloodshed will unleash a spirit of violence and murder that will savage a nation. In the case of abortion, we are sowing violence in the womb and are reaping it in our schools, workplaces, churches, and streets. Hosea 4:2b states, “Bloodshed touches bloodshed, it breaks out.” If we do not hate bloodshed, bloodshed will pursue us (Ezekiel 35:6). Violence will grow up like a rod to punish the iniquity of nations that allows innocent blood to be shed (Ezekiel 7:11). If civil government does not bring justice upon those who commit murder, God Himself will judge this sin against Him and this crime against humanity. Therefore, if lawful authorities refuse to exercise justice upon those who commit murder, the penalty passes to the society that tolerates it. Natural disasters, plagues, pestilence, poverty, war, civil strife, and other national catastrophes will visit the iniquity of the land (Leviticus 18). The church and state may fail in their God-ordained responsibilities, but God cannot deny Himself or His holy commands. National sin always leads to national calamity.

The divine calling upon civil government and that which establishes legitimacy before God is to protect life and stop the shedding of innocent blood. President Thomas Jefferson concurred. He stated, “The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government.” Abortion destroys human life and thus violates government’s sacred trust. It is one of the toxic roots that are producing the dangerous fruits that are choking the true vine of freedom under our watch.

We can continue to treat the wound of America lightly and seek a political band aid to what ails us or we can do as the Bible commands under these wretched conditions. “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).”

The best way to serve our nation and get us back on track is not another governmental program. We have to stop murdering our own children and parading our sin like Sodom. We must repent of these sins, crimes, and abominations. God Himself will restore our fortunes with His blessings if we meet His righteous conditions. God’s word states, “If God be for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31)?” Conversely, if God is against us, it doesn’t make a difference who is for us.

We pray that you will carefully reflect on this letter and the vision of the brochure. If President Obama and some of the Democratic Party can support the “Occupy” fiasco, how much more should you support a mission that seeks to liberate America from the blood guilt we are staggering under today? Please do everything in your power to shut down the one remaining abortion mill in your state and then make sure your state never allows for such atrocities in the future. Only then can we expect the true hope and change we desperately need in this dark hour of our history.

Rusty’s Report for 39th Roe Memorial Weekend

There is no doubt in my mind that this was one of the most impacting weekends ever in the city of Charlotte as it concerns the gospel of Christ advancing against the gates of hell (local abortion mills) in our city.  A great big shout out to Rusty Thomas, Alex Kendrick, David and Jason Benham, Cities4Life, and all the local pro-life ministries that made this gospel proclamation possible.  The theology of heaven, indeed, descended upon the city of Charlotte and became biography in her streets. ~ Flip

Roe vs. Wade Memorial Weekend 2012

We experienced a whirlwind event in Charlotte, NC this past weekend. Rev. Flip Benham’s sons, David and Jason, put together a Roe vs. Wade Memorial weekend headed up by Alex Kendrick. Alex and his brother Stephen lead Sherwood Pictures who produced Flywheel, Facing the Giants, Fireproof, and the recent release Courageous. I believe a powerful seed was sown in Charlotte, NC and something of great spiritual significance was birthed that will have a ripple effect throughout our country.

On Friday morning, January 20th, a group of Christians, media and business leaders met for a breakfast sponsored by the Benham Real Estate Group. David Benham and Alex addressed the meeting. There was a powerful challenge issued. Alex related God’s dealings in his life that birthed a dream in his heart to make motion pictures that would pierce the darkness of Hollywood.

He is sold out for the cause of Christ. He is the real deal. He publicly declared that if he did anything to shame the Lord in his position that he wanted the Lord to take him out. The essence of his message could be summed up in the admonishment of the Apostle Paul. 1 Corinthians 9:27 states, “But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.”

Rev. Flip Benham Praying for our Gathering

Friday at noon the saints gathered in downtown Charlotte to participate in the Roe vs. Wade Memorial service and to kick off the new national States of Refuge campaign. Rev. Flip Benham, Alex Kendrick, David Benham, Jeanette Wilson, Ante Pavkovic and I had the privilege to address downtown Charlotte with God’s word.

Brother Flip encouraged the saints with a message that we are winning the battle against the culture of death. He stated:

We believe that now, with the numbers of abortions down by almost 40 percent, the number of abortion mills has dropped almost 65 percent, and the number of doctors doing abortions has also dropped close to 40 percent, we are winning this battle. The time is now for the Church to rise up and wait not for political parties, or the president, or Congress, or the Supreme Court to take care of the issue. It is our responsibility. The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ.

Alex Kendrick stated that he was deeply disturbed by the evil of abortion, “It grieves my heart and the heart of God.” He further declared, “Whoever wants the next generation the most will get them!” Does the Church want to save this generation more than the world seeks to murder them? Truly, when the cry of the repentance of the Church is greater than the cry of innocent blood, God will end the American holocaust.

Brother David Benham admonished the saints to take the Gospel of the Kingdom to the gates of hell. He quoted Proverbs 1:20-22:

Wisdom cries without; she utters her voice in the streets: She cries in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she utters her words, saying, How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? And the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?

Jeanette Wilson shared powerful testimonies of lives spared and souls saved at the three abortion mills in Charlotte. Brother Ante shared how God opened his eyes to see how God was using Operation Save America to expose the hidden powers of darkness in our nation. Satan is overt in other nations, but he is stealth in America. Satan keeps his cool in the Church of America and convinces most in our society that he doesn’t exist, but when the saints confront abortion, homosexuality, and Islam, demons manifest. For him, this was the clearest sign that Operation Save America was exercising true biblical Christianity and he had to join the fray.

States of Refuge Press Statement

“Come now, and let us reason together, said the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool” (Isaiah 1:18).

Operation Save America is embarking on a new national vision we are calling States of Refuge, Operation: first Abortion Free States. It is based upon a concept discovered in the Old Testament. The Biblical model we are seeking to apply in America today is the Cities of Refuge. As you may recall, there were six Levitical cities set apart in Israel for refuge in the cases of questionable deaths. These cities were established by God to provide asylum till proof of innocence or guilt against the accused could be established. These cities were also designed to protect Israel from blood guiltiness, lest the avenger of blood pursue and kill innocent people. States of Refuge seeks this same protection in our time.

Through much prayer and research, we have determined that there are five states in America with one death camp, (abortion mill), remaining defiling our beloved land. This represents the abortion industry and the culture of death it has spawned at their weakest and most vulnerable points. It also represents for the Church of Jesus Christ our greatest opportunity for victory in these tumultuous times!

Operation Save America is devoting this next year to apply our prayers, labor and resources in these five states, which are Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. It is our blessed hope that God will honor the faith and efforts of His people and will be pleased to liberate America from blood guilt, starting with these five states.

It is our sincere prayer that when people hear of this vision, it will resonate in their souls. We pray they will add a hearty amen and desire to participate in this glorious opportunity to defeat this grave evil in our day.

We are calling upon the Church to join this effort. God’s word states, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” May the States of Refuge carry this mandate and may God be pleased to heal our wounded land in Jesus’ mighty name!

 

Cities4Life Banquet

 

 

Alex Kendrick was the key note speaker at the second Cities4Life banquet. Cities4Life is a vision whose time has come. It seeks to network different aspects of the church, community, medical, and pro-life ministries to create a culture of life that dispossess the culture of death. It seeks to marry the prophetic, front line ministry presenting the gospel of the kingdom at the gates of hell with supportive, mercy ministries.

About 750 folks came out to be challenged with this powerful mission. Church, pro-life, business, and cultural leaders were all in attendance. I believe their lives and the city of Charlotte will never be the same again. I highly recommend their website, http://cities4life.org and their Christian/pro-life model for cities to emulate throughout our nation.

 

Taking it to the Streets

 

 

Shantelle and Jose chose life for their baby after seeing the sonogram of their baby in the incredible sonogram RV.

At the end of the Cities4Life banquet, a call was issued to go to the Latrobe abortion mill. 139 people answered the call and showed up the next morning in the freezing rain. The death camp did not know what hit them. The Kingdom of God was forcefully advanced against the culture of death. A mobile sonogram unit, tents, signs, banners, sound system and most importantly, the love and truth of Christ was made manifest to destroy the works of the devil.

For many, it was the first time they came to an abortion mill to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. I suspect it will not be their last. God opened eyes and broke hearts as the gospel went forth and spared children from death and saved souls from sin. There were about four children saved and one young man surrendered his life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It was glorious!

I will conclude this report with a special prayer request. Please pray for Alex and Stephen Kendrick. For Alex, it was his first time going to an abortion mill as well. His heart was plowed. He strikes me as a man that will obey the Lord, no matter the cost. If God reveals His will, I believe Alex will do his best to follow. Perhaps, God will call him to utilize his considerable talent and treasure to “Face the Giants” destroying our nation in Jesus’ name!

Abomination of Abortion to Soon be Eradicated From America, Says Activist!

The vision and mission is going forth.  This is the latest headline.  Please continue to saturate the States of Refugecampaign in prayer.  The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ!  This is the result of our National Press Conference delivered in Charlotte, North Carolina on January 20, 2012.

‘Abomination’ of Abortion to Soon be Eradicated From America, Says Activist

Operation Save America, a pro-life group aiming to bring down the abortion industry in the country, is launching a new campaign called “States of Refuge” with one specific goal in mind – to take advantage of what it says is declining support for abortion and eradicate the practice from the U.S. altogether.

The Rev. Flip Benham, national director of Operation Save America, firmly declared in an interview with The Christian Post: “We are winning the battle. What we want to do is push abortion into a shallow grave, bury it forever, and leave no marker above its place. We want this horrible abomination to be gone, as slavery was 150 years ago.”

Benham is perhaps most well-known for his life-changing encounter with Norma McCorvey, the woman represented as “Jane Roe” of Roe v. Wade. Benham, due to their 1994 meeting, is credited with leading McCorvey to Christ, which led to her becoming a pro-life activist.

The “States of Refuge” campaign plans to shut down the remaining abortion clinics in Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.  If it succeeds, these will be the first “abortion-free” states in the nation, and Benham believes it will pave the way for other states to go the same way and rid themselves of the practice.

The effort is modeled in part after the “Cities of Refuge” found in the Old Testament of the Bible, as an introduction on the “States of Refuge” website explains:

These cities were established by God to provide asylum till proof of innocence or guilt against the accused could be established. These cities were also designed to protect Israel from blood guiltiness, lest the avenger of blood pursue and kill an innocent person.

Benham elaborated on why he feels the tide is turning in America in favor of the pro-life movement.

“We believe that now, with the numbers of abortions down by almost 40 percent, the number of abortion mills has dropped almost 65 percent, and the number of doctors doing abortions has also dropped close to 40 percent, we are winning this battle.  The time is now for the Church to rise up and wait not for political parties, or the president, or Congress, or the Supreme Court to take care of the issue.  It is our responsibility.  The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ.”

“Abortion will come to an end, when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will end – and not one second sooner,” he added.

When asked about what role the 2012 presidential elections may play in the fight against abortion, the campaign leader said “none.”

“They (politicians) very rarely talk about the over 60 million – one-third of the generation 39 years old or younger – that are dead (due to abortion).  I think this is one of the deadliest wars that we have ever been in.”

“This is THE major issue.  It is why God is draining America’s wealth; it is why 19 guys with box cutters can bring this nation to its knees; it is why there are so many judgments from the hand of God upon this land,” Benham said.  “We are sacrificing His children.”

Addressing what might have been the turning point that changed attitudes toward abortion, the reverend explained: “The zenith of the pro-abortion movement was at the end of 1991.  Abortion steadily increased from Jan. 22, 1973 to 1991 – even after 12 years of Republican Presidents, from Ronald Reagan to George H. Bush.”

“What’s interesting is that what marked the radical downturn of abortions was the election of Bill Clinton.  He did everything for the abortion industry, except build an abortion mill in the West Wing of the White House.  He gave them whatever they wanted – and yet the abortions started going down.  In 1991, there were over 2,000 free-standing abortion mills in the U.S.  Today, there are 678.”

Turning to the potential reasons for such a shift, he noted, “It is not that we passed a piece of legislature to tackle this – abortion is not a political issue.  It is a Gospel issue.  If the Church of Jesus Christ goes out to these abortion mills and gives mothers a real choice, we will win – and we are winning.”

Benham continued, “The majority of people in America now believe that abortion is wrong.  The heart of this nation is changing – and our laws are beginning to reflect that change.  You don’t legislate abortion to be gone – you can’t do it from the top down.  It happens from the bottom up.  It doesn’t matter who is elected president, or if Obama gives himself seven more terms – we will win this battle because we are bringing the Gospel of Christ to the gates of hell where they will not prevail.”

Paul Rondeau, the executive director for the American Life League, which describes itself as the largest grassroots Catholic pro-life education organization in the United States, confirmed to The Christian Post that abortion rates were indeed falling and public opinions were changing.

“There can be no doubt that abortion is a dying industry under siege,” Rondeau commented. “In the last twenty years, as the public learns more and more about the gruesome reality of abortions, surgical and medical abortions have dropped from 1.6 million in 1990 to 1.21 million in 2010.  Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion chain in the word, which receives almost $500 million annually in taxpayer dollars, has bucked this trend.

“Although Planned Parenthood tries to portray itself as a health care provider, it has increased its share of the abortion industry in the Unites States by over 300 percent. From less than 1 in 10, Planned Parenthood now commits more than 1 in 4 of all abortions; 329,445 surgical abortions in 2010 alone.  This helps explain why abortion profiteers like Planned Parenthood are being defunded in growing numbers at the state level.  And, for the first time, Congress has attempted to do the same at the federal level.”

The executive director went on to explain that a 2009 Gallup Poll revealed for the first time that those who self-identify as pro-life are a 51 percent majority in the United States.

On the subject of what role politics might play in the future of abortion in the United States, Rondeau explained, “We do not endorse any political candidates.  However, it is well known that President Obama threatened to shut down the Unites States government rather than cut one penny from Planned Parenthood in the budgeting process.

“His Secretary of HHS (Health and Human Services), Kathleen Sebelius, has threatened states that cut off funding to Planned Parenthood and circumvented others.  She may even be implicated in the criminal destruction of evidence crucial to felony investigations of Planned Parenthood in Kansas while she was governor.  ALL has publicly called for her immediate resignation.”

“This administration has undermined conscious and religious exemptions for medical professionals and required that insurance companies pay for medical abortions.  The anti-life list is long,” he continued.

“Nevertheless, as an orthodox Catholic organization that has fought for 30 years for a culture that respects intrinsic human rights, starting with the most fundamental – the right to life – we look at all the indicators and believe the tide has turned.  We pray that the American electorate will elect a president this year who does not propose that protecting innocent human life is above his pay grade.”

A recent World Health Organization study published in The Lancet looked at global abortion rates form a different angle, revealing that, although global abortions in general have also flattened out (to 28 per 1,000 women a year in 2008), another factor to consider is that the number of abortions carried out in unsafe environments or without trained clinical help has been rising and putting women in great danger.  The global rates rose from 44 percent in 1995 to 49 percent in 2008.

God is Stirring Up Things in Little Rock!

Here is an article from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Friday, January 20, 2012.  Remember Welsco, the company that was delivering containers of gas to the abortion mill in Little Rock?  When they found out that they were doing business with an abortion mill, they asked for their tanks back and made it clear that all business ties with the mill would be severed.  When the police came to help the company recover the containers, they were asked to leave the premises.  Welsco is now having to sue the abortion mill to get their empty containers back.  What a “good neighbor” the abortion industry is.     ~ Flip

39th Memorial of Roe v. Wade

Alex Kendrick of the blockbuster movie hits Facing the Giants, Fireproof, and Courageous, will be joining us in the streets as we call for men of courage to face the giant of abortion and “…plead the case of the fatherless to win it.”  Jeremiah 5:28.

Press Conference, January 20, 2012

Operation Save America will be announcing a new national project to end abortion in America on the 39th Memorial of Roe v. Wade in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. On Friday, January 20, 2011, at 11:30 AM, Rev. Flip Benham and Rev. Rusty Thomas of Operation Save America will conduct a national press conference at “Liberty Square” on the corner of Trade and Tryon to announce a new national campaign to bring abortion to an end in America.

The Lord has greatly blessed us with a special guest that will be joining us for this momentous occasion. Alex Kendrick, from the blockbuster movies, Facing the Giants, Fireproof, and Courageous, has agreed to join us and endorse the campaign.  We pray God will use him to inspire Christian men throughout the land to rise up and join the battle for the souls of men, the lives of children, and the future of our nation.

 Operation First Abortion Free State

For too long now, we have waited for election cycles and depended upon pro-life politicians to end the abortion holocaust savaging America.  Unfortunately, politicians will plead the case of the fatherless to gain our vote or to raise funds, but they will never plead their case to win it. 

It has been 39 years since that day of infamy on January 22, 1973, when our Supreme Court unleashed the floodgates of hell and murder upon this nation.  Today, close to 60 million children are dead.  For 39 years the Church of Jesus Christ has sat silently by and tolerated a sin that is destroying our nation.  NO MORE!

NO MORE, will we sit idly by while little children die.  NO MORE, will we wait for the President, the Congress, the Supreme Court, or any political party to save the lives of preborn children.  NO MORE, can will we coexist with child-killing.  Our national survival hangs in the balance.  WE ARE AT WAR!

Operation Save America is embarking on a national campaign called States of Refuge: Operation First Abortion Free State.  Currently, there are five states (Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming) with one remaining abortion mill.  Our purpose is to bring churches and pro-life ministries to each state and allow God to give us the first abortion-free state in America.

“Abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – and not one second sooner!” said Flip Benham, Director of Operation Save America.  “When the theology of heaven becomes biography in the streets – we win!  When the first domino falls – the rest will soon follow.”

Little Rock Abortionist Flyer

Here is the flyer we will be passing out in Little Rock, Arkansas, this December 7th – 11th.  It exposes the horrible truth of what abortionist Tom Tvedten does to God’s precious image bearers.  Tvedten is one of the two remaining abortionists killing children in the state of Arkansas.  Our desire is that he would turn to Christ and find the forgiveness that only Jesus can give.  Tvedten has been killing babies for years, and the innocent blood of these children is crying out from the ground to Almighty God.  It is time for the Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, to rise up in the Name of Christ and speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Operation First Abortion Free State – A Prelude to States of Refuge

We have been to Jackson, Wyoming; we have been to Jackson, Mississippi; and now we are headed to Little Rock, Arkansas, December 7-11, 2011.  We are preparing the way for our States of Refuge Campaign which will begin on January 22, 2012.

If you would like to join us in this Gospel raid on the abortion industry in Little Rock, here is a special invitation from a Kansas Pastor.  

“Saints, I have been doing a little research about abortion in the state of Arkansas.  Arkansas, as with Wyoming and Mississippi, has one, one, one surgical abortion clinic left in the entire state.  This clinic is open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.  What would happen if the Church of Jesus Christ in Little Rock, Arkansas, made up her mind to love her neighbor as herself and speak for those who cannot speak for themselves?  What would happen if the theology of the church house became biography at the gates of hell (the local abortion mill in Little Rock)?

The answer is so very simple.  Soon there would be no more abortion in Little Rock.  This would make Arkansas the first abortion free state in America.  Do you believe in miracles?  I do, and I know you do too!  We know the author of them – JESUS!

The owner of the last remaining free standing abortion mill in Arkansas is Dr. Louis Jerry Edwards MD.  PA.  He is also an abortionist.  The now primary abortionist is Dr. Thomas H. Tvedten.  Both of these men are very elderly and in poor health.  Sometimes abortionist Tvedten will start an abortion and have to call Edwards to come and finish the procedure.  Ugh!

Owner and abortionist Edwards is also the man who offered free abortions to hurricane Katrina victims.  Ugh, ugh!

I would like to do a prelude to States of Refuge, December 7-11, 2011.  It would probably be best if we could drive or fly in Wednesday evening the 7th and leave Sunday evening the 11th.

Note:  I have spoken to maybe six prolife leaders in Little Rock.  They will not … shall we say… be welcoming us due to our use of graphic signs.  They will probably not like the preaching, sound systems, or neighborhood visits either.
