Saints in Denver May Get to Supreme Court

Ken and Jo Scott and all the saints in Denver are busy bringing the Gospel of Christ to the gates of hell every day in the city of Denver.  The theology of heaven becomes biography in the streets wherever they go.  One particular manifestation of the gates of hell is  St. John’s Episcopal Church.  St. John’s is pro-abortion, pro homosexual sodomy, pro redefining marriage, pro everything that God isn’t.  This “church” has become the loudest and most ferocious enemy of those who dare to bring the true Gospel of Christ out into the public square.  It has done its very worst to thwart the Gospel presentation in Denver and now the Supreme Court of United States of America may hear this case.

This is the St. John’s Episcopal  Church case that we have been fighting since 2005.  It stopped OSA’s protests at the the church during the 2005 National event.   The U.S. Supreme Court has not decided whether or not to hear it yet but there have been many Amicus briefs submitted in support.    So there is a possibility  that the  U.S. Supreme court will hear the case. We were moved off the sidewalk when the Church got a Parade permit for the sidewalk which they never did before 2005.  Then we were forced across the street and were blessed enough to get parking spaces next to sidewalk of the church.  Then they got an Injunction to keep us across all the streets. They put us at the furthermost corner where very few people would see us.

Abortion Mill in Birmingham Open Illegally

Diane Derzis, owner of “New Woman, All Women” abortion mill in Birmingham, AL, has reopened this abortion mill after it was shut down a year ago for 76 health code violations by the Alabama Department of Health.  This is one of the mills that Dave Lackey and several saints have been interceding on behalf of preborn children for the past twenty-five years.  What is particularly heinous about this is that Diane Derzis shows absolutely no fear of being prosecuted under the law.  She is illegally operating a business that has been shut down by the Alabama Department of Health?  She knows that our government and the media will cover for her.

This does not bode well for the saints in Jackson, Mississippi, who are very close to having the last abortion mill in the state of Mississippi shut down this April 18, 2013, by the Mississippi State Department of Health.  By the way, Diane Derzis owns this abortion mill, Jackson Women’s Health Organization, in Mississippi, also. 

When the enemies of our Lord’s precious preborn children have no fear of being prosecuted under the laws of our government or being exposed in the media, you can rest assured that the salt has indeed lost its saltiness. 

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter … so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the holy One of Israel.”  Isaiah 5:21-24.

Kermit Gosnell (Abortionist Butcher) and the Media Cover-Up!

Proverbs 10:12 and 1 Peter 4:8 both tell us that love covers a multitude of sins.  Love pierces us with Truth and enables us to cry out to God, confess our sin, and be forgiven (covered) by the blood of Christ.  This is what love does – it covers a multitude of sins. 

Luv (the world, the flesh and the devil’s false representation of love), on the other hand, seeks to cover-up our sin.  It does so by rationalizing, justifying, denying, or blaming someone or something else for our every misdeed.  It is filled with compassion, kindness, and self righteousness but it is ultimately cruel.  “…the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.”  Pr 12:10.  Luv always has an agenda,  be it assuaging our guilty consciences or covering-up our bad actions.  One thing for certain “luv” always brings with it – death!

Here is the crux of the issue.  Love will expose our sin that we may confess it and have our sins covered by the blood of  Jesus.  Love, loves us enough to tell us the truth.  There is no such thing as love (biblical love) apart from truth. 

So why is the media covering-up for Kermit Gosnell?  Because it luv’s him.  He is one of its own.  It is providing cover for him.  It is censoring the horrible truth of what abortionist Gosnell has done to children and mothers in Philadelphia to protect its most precious prize – the blood of innocent children.  The murder of children, both born and unborn, must be protected at all costs. 

Note: The enemy of truth cares not one whit about Kermit Gosnell.  He is simply a useful idiot in the devil’s fiefdom.  He will be eaten up, spit out, and spend eternity in hell if someone doesn’t love him enough to tell him the truth.  But the saints in Philadelphia have already been doing that.  They have been pleading with him for years to come to Christ.  This is what love does.

LACKEY, DAVID Lackey, David, age 58 of Birmingham, AL was born into the Kingdom of God on March 30, 2013. His mission in life was saving babies from abortion. He was an evangelist who participated in mission trips worldwide. David is survived by his wife, Denise Lackey; children, Tara Wells, Amanda (Celso) Delaluz, and Brandon Lackey; grandchildren, Wesley and Victoria Wells, Matthew Scoggins, Austin Delaluz, James and John Brooks Lackey; sister, Glynnis Gilbert and numerous brothers and sisters in Christ. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 11 AM at Garywood Assembly of God in Hueytown, AL.

Dave Lackey Went Home with Jesus

Our dear brother David Lackey, died at approximately 1:40 PM (CST) this Holy Saturday, March 30, 2013. He was at Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. Dave died in his sleep, he had a fever but no pain. Thank God.
We are rejoicing in the Lord that there is a Resurrection!  Please pray for Dave’s wife Denise, his son Brad, and his two daughters Tara and Amanda. Thank you Jesus that the grave does not have the last word!
His wishes were to be cremated, so they will be able to wait a few days before the memorial service. This will give people from other states time to make plans to come.  As soon as we know the details we will let you know. Please send me pictures for a memorial DVD that Colbi is producing. Also please send any comments or short stories (Colten will put something together to read at the service). Thank you!  
Earlier today Rusty was with Dave and had great prayer time with him. Rusty felt like Dave could hear him. He could tell Dave had trouble breathing. The doctors were managing his pain. Rusty shared with Dave how Flip, Dayle Sochia and Bill Shanks got to witness to a post-abortive mom in New Orleans this morning and they prayed with her to give her heart to Christ. They knew Dave would be happy to hear that and it would lift him up.    
Rusty read the OSA reading for today to Dave (John 18-19). He stopped at certain places and everyone that was listening was in tears. Today was preparation day.
Rusty even got to witness to a Jewish couple there. The man had prostate cancer and Dave had ministered to him earlier last week. Rusty prayed with them and suddenly the light went on. His wife was a little concerned and said “but we’re Jewish”. Rusty said “So was Jesus.”  PTL! What a memorable day this was!

We see the hope of the Resurrection in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 “And now, brothers and sisters, I want you to know what will happen to the Christians who have died so you will not be full of sorrow like people who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus comes, God will bring back with Jesus all the Christians who have died. I can tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not rise to meet him ahead of those who are in their graves. For the Lord himself will come down from Heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with Him forever. So comfort and encourage each other with these words.”

Ron Brock and Alan Hoyle are at the “Stand for Marriage Equality” march as the Supreme Court hears arguments to strike down California’s Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which defines marriage as between one man and one woman (dah!). Chief Justice John Roberts invited his sodomite cousin to sit in with him and hear the arguments. Some might remember John Roberts, while a lawyer in Colorado, wrote a supporting brief for Lawrence v. Texas which struck down sodomy laws in 13 states. George W. Bush nominated Roberts and upon his confirmation, appointed him Chief Justice of the Supreme Court! Throughout Roberts confirmation process we warned and we marveled at the support of Christian advocacy groups for their support of John Roberts! Shame on the Republican Party! Shame on the silent Churches! Shame on America!
