Here is the latest AP report of God’s hand at work in the state of Mississippi.  The saints in Mississippi have been faithfully storming the gates of hell (local abortion mills) for almost forty years now.  They have been to the halls of Congress, to the steps of the Supreme Court, and to the Governor’s office, pleading the case of pre-born children.  But, most importantly, they have allowed the theology of the church house to become biography in the streets and laid down their lives and freedoms that their little pre-born brothers and sisters might have a voice and a choice.

This AP story reveals a truth rarely told:  “Abortion will come to an end in Mississippi when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – and not one second sooner!”

It may be coming to an end in Mississippi this year which represents the 40th year of Roe v. Wade., and the 150th anniversary of the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation.  Mississippians will be signing the Emancipation Proclamation for the Pre-born Child on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, on the steps of the state capital.

Hope you can join us.

Here is our latest radio spot calling the saints in Mississippi to storm the gates of hell (Jackson Women’s Health Organization – Mississippi’s last free standing abortion mill) and make the state of Mississippi America’s first abortion free state.

Enjoy! ~ Flip

God has graciously provided a meeting place for us in Jackson, Mississippi, for our upcoming “States of Refuge” campaign this January 20-22, 2013.  He closes one door and opens another as we continue in our passion and calling to storm the gates of hell in Jesus magnificent Name and present to Almighty God the first abortion free state in America.  It is a possibility.

Though it may seem inconceivable to us right now, it is inevitable that abortion is going to come to an end in our nation.  But it is going to be God’s way, not ours!  His ways are higher than ours.

This is why we are gathering in Jackson, Mississippi, rather than Washington, D.C., on this 40th Memorial of Roe v. Wade.  In case you haven’t noticed, Washington, D.C., has no answers to what is ailing the heart and soul of America.  Our God, the only true God, the only God there is – Jesus, is preparing the way for us to storm the gates of hell where they will not and cannot prevail.

Please make sure, if you are flying into Jackson, that your flight out leaves no earlier than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 22.  Our 40th Memorial Roe v. Wade service that day will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:30 PM.  That will give us with more than enough time to get you to the airport.

For all of our leaders from various groups across the country, we are expecting you in not later than 4:00 PM, Saturday January 19, 2013.  We have much to discuss and a short time to do it.

Looking forward to seeing you all in Jackson, Mississippi, this January 19-22, 2013, for the 40th Memorial of Roe v. Wade.  Our God has a strategy – it is called TRUTH!  He will bring us to victory when we do it His way.

In Christian love,

Flip

Dear Champion of the Lord and the Preborn,

God is good. Today, the Lord was gracious and opened the door to a church that agreed to host our rallies and provide a place for our Operation Save America annual leadership meeting in Jackson, MS. The name of the church is called Fresh Start Christian Church based upon 2 Corinthians 5:17, which states, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

I talked with the pastor, James Henley, and he did not hesitate to meet our need. He immediately opened the church to host our States of Refuge rallies, Sunday, January 20th and Monday, Janauary 21st at 6:30 PM.

OSA leaders, he also agreed to provide the old church as our meeting place on Saturday, January 19th. The address is 5240 Manhattan Road, Jackson, MS 39206. Breakfast will be provided at Baymont Inn, lunch will be provided by the locals, and supper will be our treat. The following is the church’s information. Hope to see you all there in Jesus’ name!

Dear Champion of the Lord and the Preborn,

“After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go” (Luke 10:1).

Evidence is mounting the States of Refuge campaign has been the recipient of a vision ordained by the Lord. Luke’s Gospel narrates how the Lord sent out his disciples to places where He Himself would eventually visit. States of Refuge was birthed with the knowledge that there were five states with one surgical death camp remaining still defiling our land. Those states are Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wyoming.

As of this writing, Mississippi stands on the verge of becoming the first abortion free state in America. This is why the States of Refuge campaign chose Jackson, MS for our 40th year anniversary memorial for Roe vs. Wade. According to the following article, South Dakota appears to be next on the list to become an abortion free state. During our leadership meeting in Jackson, we will lay out our plans to visit South Dakota, perhaps in the Spring to help nudge the last remaining death camp in South Dakota into oblivion. Our prayer is the Lord will continue to draw us and we will faithfully run after him to fulfill His will to liberate America from bloodguiltiness one state at a time in Jesus’ name!

Merry Christmas and have a blessed New Year in God’s Kingdom.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) – Planned Parenthood filed notice Friday that it is dropping its appeal of a legal provision that requires women seeking abortions in South Dakota to wait three days.

A law passed in 2011 required women in South Dakota to wait 72 hours before they are allowed to end a pregnancy – the longest waiting period in the country – but the provision had been temporarily blocked until the lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood made its way through court.

Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota said Friday that it was dropping the appeal of the 72-hour wait but will continue to fight another provision that requires women to undergo counseling at pregnancy help centers, which discourage abortions, before they can terminate a pregnancy. The group filed a motion to dismiss that part of the lawsuit without prejudice, meaning they may decide to challenge it in the future.

A judge must still sign off on the dismissal.

“This was not an easy decision for us to make by any means. We believe that this law is wrong and that it is disrespectful to women and it is completely unnecessary and for a host of reasons is ill-conceived,” said Sarah Stoesz, the president of Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.

Stoesz said Planned Parenthood, which operates South Dakota’s only abortion clinic in Sioux Falls, did not feel confident that the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals would have sided with them on the provision, saying the court has “ruled against women’s interests time after time.”

Instead, she said the group will continue to focus on fighting the counseling provision.

“This is something that is just shocking in its lack of ethical basis and we will be fighting very, very hard to make sure that piece of the law is never enacted while regretfully enacting the 72-hour portion of the law,” she said.

A spokeswoman for the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office said the motion is being reviewed and couldn’t comment further. A lawyer for the Alpha Center, a Sioux Falls pregnancy help center involved in the case, said he could not comment.

In June, U.S. District Judge Karen Schreier ruled that a third provision of the law could go into effect starting July 1. That provision requires doctors who perform abortions to first assess women to determine if they have been coerced into getting abortions or are at risk of suffering psychological problems if they undergo the procedure.

Looking forward to seeing you in Jackson, Mississippi, this January 20-22, 2013, for the most significant event to take place in America on any of these three days.  Don’t believe it?  Come and see.

Join us in Jackson this 40th Memorial of Roe v. Wade January 20-22, 2013 (Sunday – Tuesday) – We Are Going Back!

If you have not yet realized the utter futility of relying on Washington, D.C., to stop the shedding of innocent blood in this land, you have been in a coma.  Neither party, not even a third nor fourth party has any intention whatever to plead the case of the fatherless to win it.  They will certainly plead it enough to get our vote but that is as far as it goes.   Ending abortion in this land is the job of the Church of Jesus Christ.  We are the only institution ordained by God to storm the gates of hell where they cannot prevail.  There is no other, period!

Abortion will come to an end in America when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will come to an end – and not one second sooner!

If this is true, and it is, then we need to win this battle in the streets long before we can win it in the “hallowed” halls of Congress, or 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, or the Supreme Court.  We can no longer afford to allow strategy (political) to replace truth.  The one offensive weapon given to us by God to tear down strongholds is the sword of the spirit – the Word of God.  This is the weapon that must be unsheathed.  It is the TRUTH! God watches over His Word to perform it.  We win when we wield it.  Our unbelief causes us to leave it in its sheath.

Unfortunately, most of us are too busy watching FOX News (I am guilty) or listening to the conservative talking heads on radio to have time to delve into God’s Word.  We don’t know it.  We are not aware that we can unsheathe it.  We are not equipped to wield it.  We are ignorant of its power to transform lives and nations.

We are giving you the 2013 Bible Reading Schedule this Christmas that you may read through the Bible with us this year, the 40th Memorial of Roe v. Wade.  We will be giving you several opportunities to live out your faith in the streets of America in 2013 as our “States of Refuge” campaign continues to seek America’s first abortion-free state.  At these times you will hear preaching that comes directly from the Scripture in your Bible Reading Schedule.  There is no greater gift we can give Jesus this year than to draw near to Him through His Word.

We have looked to Republicans to keep us from sliding off a fiscal cliff from which there is no recovery.  Almighty God has been looking for us to rescue those being led away to slaughter.  Until we take care of this issue, the shedding of innocent blood, there will be no aid from heaven to heal our land.  Please join us in Jackson, MS, this January 20-22, 2013.

The picture above of the Jackson Women’s Health Organization graphically reveals America’s problem.  She is intent on killing children while asking God to bless her at the same time.  It has never happened in history, it will not happen now, nor will it ever happen in the future.  Innocent blood has a voice and it cries out to God.  Until we repent of the shedding of innocent blood, God will not hear our prayers.  Sin separates us from God.  This abortion mill separates America from God’s blessing.

“Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.  But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear. For your hands are stained with blood, your fingers with guilt. Your lips have spoken falsely, and your tongue mutters wicked things.”  Isaiah 59:1-3.

There are five states that have only one abortion mill, Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.  These are potential “States of Refuge” where the unborn child will be safe from abortion.  One of them will become the first abortion-free state in the U.S.  We pray that in 2013 (the 40th year since the US legalized this bloodshed) we can present that state to the Lord and tear down the wicked walls that separate us from Him.

Because our hands are stained with the blood of the innocent the Lord has not heard our prayers for help.  Our streets are filled with bloodshed.  Our economy is slowly bleeding to death and governmental “solutions” seem to only make the crisis worse.  Even nature seems to have turned against us in earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, tornadoes and wildfires that ravage our land.  God has more disaster than our federal government has relief.

We are being destroyed as a nation by an enemy from within.  We are being destroyed by a lie that was birthed in the very pit of hell.  This lie took its physical form in the Roe v. Wade decision issued by the Supreme Court of the United States of America on January 22, 1973.  This is a battle that only God’s Church can win!

So we are headed back to Jackson, Mississippi, this 40th Memorial of Roe v. WadeWe will be there January 20-22, 2013.  We will have a memorial service on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, that will end at 12:30 PM.  For those of you that are already doing memorial services, for the over 55 million children killed, in your cities at that time please let your local leaders organize that and come join us in Jackson.

See you in Jackson as we again storm the gates of hell – they cannot prevail!

Brianna Baxton and Kristina Garza, survivors of America’s abortion holocaust, were found guilty of trespassing on a public sidewalk in front of Murrah High School in Jackson, Mississippi. The case is being appealed and prayerfully will be won in the strong Name of Jesus. When the authorities start trying to “trespass” us on a public sidewalk for proclaiming the Gospel of Christ to high school students, we know the battle is waxing hot and the First Amendment is in great trouble. Amazing how intolerant of Christ and His precious preborn children our public schools have become!

Even RH Reality Check, certainly no friend of Jesus and His precious preborn children, is sensing something in the air in the state of Mississippi.  Jesus and His band of Christian brothers and sisters is on the move and making great headway as they storm the gates of hell (local abortion mills) in this state.

The enemies of our Lord are taking notice.  The author of this report, Robin Marty, Senior Political Reporter for RH Reality Check,is as biased as she can be – Just note the adjectives and invectives she uses to describe gentle Christians living out their faith in the streets of Mississippi.

Here’s the story!  ~ Flip

You heard that correct.  The last free-standing abortion mill in the state of Mississippi is wonderfully close to having its doors shut for good.  This would make Mississippi the fist Abortion free state in America.  We just received word from Richard and Melody Miller, faithful saints for the lives of preborn children in Jackson, Mississippi, that the news has begun pouring out in the media that Jackson Woman’s Health Organization is breathing its death rattle.

How did it happen?  Faithful Christians living out their faith in the streets over the years at abortion mills in Mississippi have had an extraordinary effect.  They did not wait for the President, the Congress, or the Supreme Court to fix the wholesale slaughter of little baby boys and girls in their state – they simply heard from God and loved their neighbor as themselves.  It was love that brought them to the gates of hell, love that kept them there, and love that is going to bring this horrible holocaust to an end in the state of Mississippi.

The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of Jesus Christ.

We know that all the bastions in hell are apoplectic and will do everything possible to keep this mill functioning.  We also know that abortion is going to come to an end in Mississippi because our God is an Awesome God!  Let Mississippi be the “end of the beginning” of our battle for the lives of preborn children in America.  Let the truth of what is happening here, radiate to saints across this nation to deny themselves, pick up the cross, and follow hard after Christ.  We win when we do, and God receives all the glory.

Enjoy, and give Praise to our Father in Heaven!

Mississippi abortion clinic fights to stay open –

Jackson Women’s Health Organization wants judge to block new state law

11:29 AM, Nov 28, 2012

via ClarionLedger.com

After failing to obtain hospital admitting privileges for its abortion providers despite a months-long effort, the Jackson Women’s Health Organization on Wednesday renewed its request for a federal judge to block enforcement of a new state law.

In a document filed by its attorneys this week, the state’s sole remaining abortion clinic asked the U.S. District Court to prevent state officials from enforcing the law, which it calls an unconstitutional attempt to ban abortion in Mississippi.

“It became clear last week that the clinic had no hope of complying,” said a spokesperson of the New York City-based Center for Reproductive Rights, which represents the clinic in court.  The law went into effect on July 1 and requires all abortion providers to be board certified in obstetrics and gynaecology and have admitting privileges at a local hospital.

The bill’s sponsor, state Rep. Sam Mims, R-McComb, said the clinic has had ample time to comply with the new law. He also denied the clinic’s claims that the law hands over control to the hospitals, whose application denials could force its closure.  “The legislature doesn’t control what hospitals in the Jackson metro area do,” Mims said. “They have their own committees and bylaws set up, and they have to make the best decisions.”  Mims said it’s up to the judge now.

The clinic’s providers already are board-certified ob-gyns, but only one had admitting privileges at the time of the law’s passage. That physician provides only limited service at the clinic, Bernyk said. Those who provide the majority of procedures, including Dr. Willie Parker, were denied privileges after a months-long effort by the clinic to obtain them.  “I have dedicated half of my 20-year career to ensuring women have access to the full range of reproductive health care services—because when women get the medical care they need, they thrive,” said Parker in a statement.

Advocates of the law, including numerous state lawmakers, say it’s designed to protect women’s health, but many also have expressed hope it will shutter Mississippi’s sole abortion clinic. The clinic and the Center for Reproductive Rights had argued before U.S. District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III in July that lawmakers’ true intent was to impose a de-facto ban on abortion by passing laws with which it’s impossible to comply.

Jordan ultimately allowed the law to take effect but blocked the state from imposing any criminal or civil penalties on the clinic, its staff, or its physicians during the application process.

The state Department of Health, tasked with enforcing the law, gave the clinic until January to comply. The clinic sent applications on behalf of all the physicians to every hospital within a 30-mile radius. Many hospitals took months to reply, but all ultimately rejected the requests or refused to consider them.

“The nature of your proposed medical practice is inconsistent with this Hospital’s policies and practices as concerns abortion and, in particular, elective abortions,” read one rejection letter, according to the Center for Reproductive Rights. Said another hospital, “the nature of your proposed medical practice would lead to both an internal and external disruption of the Hospital’s function and business within this community.”

Jackson Women’s Health Organization has operated in the state for 17 years and has been Mississippi’s sole clinic since 2002. Its closure would mean an end to elective abortion in the state, and would force women to travel elsewhere for the procedure.

“This unconstitutional law has essentially handed over the fate of Mississippi women’s reproductive health care to hospital administrators,” said Michelle Movahed, staff attorney at the center. “… The dedicated staff and physicians at the Jackson Women’s Health Organization must be allowed to continue providing safe and legal abortion care without threat of closure.”

Why schedule the 40th Memorial of Roe v. Wade in Jackson, Mississippi?  Because we are called to plead the case of fatherless to win it – not simply to plead it in Washington, D.C.  Here is Rusty’s invitation to Jackson, Mississippi, this January 20-22, 2013.

Roe v. Wade 40th year Anniversary

Plans are being made to give a national call to come to Jackson, MS for the 40th year anniversary of Roe v. Wade. With the advent of Obama’s re-election, it is clear Washington DC will not hear the Christian/Pro-life message. This current administration is not only the most pro-abortion, but Obama as a state senator voted several times to support infanticide. He voted to allow the child to die, if the child survived the the assault against his/her life.

The federal beast has chosen death to solve our economic and moral problems. Jesus taught, “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces” (Matthew 7:6). Thus, we suggest a different strategy is in order. The States of Refuge campaign believes we must first win the battle in the heavenlies and locally on the state level to prepare the way for the day when Washington DC will have no choice but to accept the Christian/Pro-life message as the new law of the land.

Out of the five States of Refuge (Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming) with one death camp remaining defiling our land, Mississippi is on the verge of making history in this battle for the souls of men, the lives of children, and the future of our nation. There is a possibility Mississippi will become the first abortion free state right before the 40th year anniversary of Roe v. Wade. States of Refuge believes this is the chosen spot to memorialize those lost to the American holocaust and shout from the roof tops the victory of our Lord! Those who have eyes to see, we hope you see this powerful opportunity set before us.

We have secured the same hotel, Baymont Inn, at the same great price, $65.00 per night. The dates for the 40th year anniversary in Jackson, MS are Sunday, January 20th, which kicks off the event with our first evening rally to Tuesday, January 22, 2013. More details on the two night, three day event will be forthcoming.
