The plea for “the church to be the church,” be it in Mississippi or elsewhere, has been our consistent and passionate cry to heaven. Yet still, she turns a deaf ear to the cry of the helpless and the innocent being led away to slaughter and willfully determines to sing a little louder. In these critical days of the 40th year she seems to be singing even louder still.
Here in Jackson recently, after a seemingly positive response to my “transition-from-law-enforcement-to-ministry” testimony at the annual Prolife Mississippi Banquet last week, attended by 400 or so, pastor Doug Lane invited all to the streets to Jericho march with us. Sadly in the end, our numbers increased by only a handful the next morning. But the marching orders were the same every day until our 7th day of victory tomorrow, April 16, in the year of our Lord 2013.
The deafening silence of the church is one thing but when the wicked are justified then the just, by default, must be condemned. It brings a “double abomination” according to Prov 17:15: “He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both [are] abomination to the LORD.”
We are fast tracking to the full judgment of our God, which I believe can be seen in this recent act of federal judicial tyranny. However, friends, consider the judgment of God. God’s judgment is manifested in many ways.
Could it be that, a passage from Job 9:24 is evidence that the church of Jesus Christ continues to be judged for her idolatry, apathy, for justifying the wicked and for giving consent to the condemnation of the just?
“Silence”…after all is unsaid and not done..,”gives consent!”
In this context then, consider Job 9:24 (NIV) “When a land falls into the hands of the wicked, he blindfolds its judges. If it is not he, then who is it?” Could it be that under this curse and judgment of God, even righteous judges are blinded by Him and rendered incapable of ruling righteously so that evil may reach its full fruition and warrant the wrath of a just God?
We are still here in Jackson, MS, crying aloud for the church to end the killing, but frankly our tireless pleas are met only with blank, dazed stares or heads shaking with denial and disbelief. If the church of Jesus Christ remains silent much longer her vocal chords will atrophy and she won’t have a voice to raise, even if she tries to speak out. It will be too late for her as it has been too late for the least of His.
There is hope…Rusty made a promise last week to the prolife Mississippi folks right after completing the third day of a seven day Jericho march. “We will not only continue to support and encourage you but count on us to be your ‘Minute Men.” How that translates into action, we pray the Holy Spirit will direct. BUT if He is speaking to you to be ready, please obey and get ready should such a “Macedonian Minute Man” call go out to you.
ABC’s Nightline News producers are in town and have been for days and will be until week’s end. One of them asked me today how I felt about the (proaborts) celebration this morning over yesterday’s victory in court. I told him that every day they are here they celebrate the murder of those they slaughter. Today is only slightly different in that Judge Daniels, a professing Christian, has justified the wicked.
By further delaying the closure of the last murder mill in Mississippi, this “Christian” magistrate has condemned more and more innocent children to their gruesome death. He could have stopped the flow of their innocent blood into the city streets and thus a further curse would have been abated.
Friend, the bloodlust here is real. The reality, too, of Hosea 4:2 continues to be manifest “…bloodshed touches bloodshed.” Was it a mere coincidence that blood was shed in Boston’s streets yesterday at about the same time this federal tyrant’s order justifying the wicked took place? The world would never make such a connection because the church refuses to “connect the dots” and preach the whole counsel of God’s Word.
Cal, Corrie and David Zastrow, myself and many local Mississippi friends will be completing the “Jericho March” tomorrow marching 7 times around this well protected place of child sacrifice to demons. Though you can’t be here tomorrow at 7:30 AM to stand with these gentle Jackson believers, as other OSA friends like Rusty last week (and today Leslie Hanks who comes from Denver), will you pray with us that a miracle will happen?
Maybe such a small and seemingly hopeless act of living out our faith walk through a seven day Jericho March could be used of God, quite creatively, for His divine purpose. Those who are able to “Just Show Up!” may witness a great miracle if we expect one and join together in expectant intercession!
Remember, there is only One Judge Who is never blinded in His Justice. His Name is Jesus, and His judgments are always true and frequently…swift.

Our good friend Chet Gallagher was arrested yesterday by a police department hell bent on removing the Gospel of Christ from the last remaining abortion mill in the state of Mississippi. Several others have been arrested on ludicrous charges for preaching the Gospel of Christ and reaching out to mothers and fathers in crisis pregnancy situations at the Jackson Women’s Health Organization (JWHO). The Mississippi State Department of Health was blocked from shutting this mill down on April 18, 2013, by a federal judge who extended an injunction he granted several months ago to keep this filthy abortion mill going despite of the protestations of the state of Mississippi’s Health Department.
The people of Mississippi want this abortion mill shut down.
The Church of Jesus Christ in Mississippi wants this abortion mill shut down.
The Mississippi State Department of Health wants this abortion mill shut down.

Acts 5:17-20 declares: Then the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, “Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.”
These are the details of Chet Gallagher’s arrest. He has been charged with obstructing the sidewalk and resisting arrest. The second charge was not violent resistance to being arrested, it was due to the fact Chet continued to preach God’s Word on a public sidewalk when the officer asked him to come across the street.
The bail was set for $1,341.00. This corrupt police department is playing hardball against God’s people who are simply trying to save lives. Again I repeat, “WOE BE UNTO THEM!!!”
Chet, however, did not skip a beat. Like the Apostles before him, he went right back to the place of his arrest and took up God’s word in his mouth and continues to give the death camp heaven in Jesus’ name! To those of you who name the name of Christ, is there not a cause?
We need to put out a national call and flood the governor’s office, Jackson city mayor’s office, and the police chief’s office and demand they reign in these lapdog police officers who work for this death camp rather than the citizens of Jackson, MS. Please call or write and register a complaint against the ongoing harassment perpetrated by those who police the last remaining death camp in MS. Perhaps, it will help save some more lives till the Lord shuts it down once and for all in Jesus’ name!

Brianna Baxton and Kristina Garza, survivors of America’s abortion holocaust, were found guilty of trespassing on a public sidewalk in front of Murrah High School in Jackson, Mississippi. The case is being appealed and prayerfully will be won in the strong Name of Jesus. When the authorities start trying to “trespass” us on a public sidewalk for proclaiming the Gospel of Christ to high school students, we know the battle is waxing hot and the First Amendment is in great trouble. A great friend of our Lord Jesus Christ and His precious preborn babies was pummeled at a Denver grocery store while seeking signatures for the Personhood Amendment. Many of you know Everett Stadig, the Abraham Lincoln look alike who is as gentle and kind a man that I know. God has given him a tremendous platform in Denver to share the Gospel of Christ and the plight of preborn babies via a very incredible sequence of events. ~ Flip
Everett Stadig is a Christian prolife activist and an Abe Lincoln look alike. Because of his witness for Jesus and his uncanny resemblance to Abraham Lincoln he is well recognized by everyone in the Stapleton area. He is also well known by Denver police officers because he is at the Planned Parenthood abortion mill in Stapleton daily where Denver police routinely interact with the prolifers.
June 30, 2012 during the final push to gather signatures for Colorado’s Personhood amendment, 69 Year old Stadig was collecting signatures outside the Stapleton King Soopers when he was attacked and thrown off his bike to the ground by a vulgar, angry man in the parking lot. There was a witness at the scene that saw the attack and recorded the assailant’s license plate number and gave it to the police. Everett was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he underwent surgery for a broken hip.
The police report did not identify Everett, it said that an elderly man fell in the King Soopers parking lot. It said nothing about an altercation, confrontation or attack which was very disturbing to Everett who was lying in a hospital bed with months of rehab ahead of him. With the help of prolifers and two pro bono lawyers pressure was applied and the Denver police department began to investigate the crime.
Eventuallly, William Costello was arrested for the attack on Everett Stadig. “Katie’s Law” allows law enforcement to procure DNA samples after a felony arrest. That DNA linked William Costello to three rapes that he was charged with on November 16, 2012.
Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney’s office stated, “William Costello, 47, has been charged with two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of sexual assault on a child, three counts of sexual assault, and two counts of impersonating a peace officer. Costello was arrested and charged in July 2012 with assault on an at-risk adult following a confrontation between Costello and a man collecting petition signatures. “Costello’s DNA was taken at the time of his arrest pursuant to Katie’s Law, and was then linked to three unsolved sexual assault cases occurring in 2008, 2010, and 2011.”
Costello is alleged to have raped a 13 year old girl, in March 2008, a 22 year old woman in 2010 and a 49 year old woman in 2011.
According to Mr. Stadig he was attacked because he collecting personhood signatures. “In a telephone interview from his hospital bed, Stadig told LifeSiteNews that the man was “in his mid-thirties and looked about six foot tall.” He refused to sign, and began to swear and shout at Stadig. “He was yelling ‘I’m pro-choice!’” Stadig recalled, adding that he used “most foul language.”
Stadig explained that being ‘pro-choice’ meant pro-abortion, and again urged him to sign. At first the man walked away, but returned half a minute later, still swearing and yelling. “He said ‘you don’t have a right to be here!’” Stadig related, “and I said ‘I do have a right to be here, this is a Colorado Petition Drive’. Then he grabbed my petition pad, and with the same movement threw me to ground, and I was hurt so bad I couldn’t get up.”
Seems Mr. Costello has a dog in the fight for personhood. Where is a rapist going to get rid of the evidence of his crime without the abortionist?
In this news report Denver District Attorney, Mitchell R. Morrissey said that this crime is one of the most “significant offenses that we’ve had”. He also said that without Katie’s law the cases would have gone unsolved.
Everett Stadig said that without the dogged perseverance of pro-lifers, Attorney Rebecca Messall and Attorney Barry Arrington the case may never have been investigated. He just may be right. In light of the fact that the original police report stated that an elderly man fell in the King Sooper’s parking lot despite an eye witness account of the attack. Also nothing was done to pursue his assailant until law enforcement officers were contacted by Everett’s lawyers.
Since Mr. Stadig is a well-known local Christian pro-life activist, could it be that police wrote him off as a nuisance because of a preexisting prejudice against Christian pro-lifers? That remains to be seen.
Everett can be heard just a day after his surgery in an interview on the Bob Enyart Live radio show.

Here are our friendly (let’s dialogue) neighborhood Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan, demonstrating what really motivates them in their false book – the Qur’an! It is called hate. Hate is the Muslim drug of choice. It keeps them from any type of introspection. They don’t have a problem. It’s just everybody else that has a problem. Stoning and Killing those who don’t agree is very satisfying, especially when you do it the name of the false god, allah. This kind of Jihad can get you 72 virgins in the next life.
The Holy Bible puts it correctly: “…all who hate me love death.” Proverbs 8:36. This behavior is exactly what we experienced at the abortion mills when we were doing rescues. The feminists, homosexuals, anarchists, liberals, ad nauseam would throw at us everything they could including plastic bags filled with urine, food, spittoons, cans. You name it they threw it. Which brings me to this incredibly simple conclusion. Jesus does unite his enemies.
That’s right!
Have you ever wondered why the National Education Association, the homosexual community, the abortion industry, the Democratic party, all hold Islam up to be a very tolerant, peaceful, and kind religion? They have nothing in common. Each of these groups would hate the other and destroy themselves if it weren’t for something supernatural. One thing unites these folks. It is their hatred of the One True God – most perfectly manifested in the person of Jesus.

There would be no problem with abortion, if it weren’t for Jesus.

There would be no problem with Islam, if it weren’t for Jesus.
There would be no problem with doing whatever I want whenever I want, if it weren’t for Jesus.
So what have they united to do? Get rid of the problem.
It happened over 2,000 years ago on a hill called Golgotha. Didn’t work then and it won’t work now.

Cal Zastrow writes about the “Spring of life” that took place in Buffalo, New York, during the Spring in April 1992. It was here that God did a great work with several thousand gentle Christian warriors laying their lives and freedoms down that their little baby brothers and sister in the womb might have life. One hundred and ninety-seven men were arrested and it was there, in jail, that the best “Christian Retreat Ever” took place.

I’ve been to lots of Christian retreats, meetings, and Bible college chapels. Today marks the twentieth anniversary of the the best one I’ve ever been to. Others who were there have said likewise, that it was the best. It was the beginning of the Spring of Life ministry event in Buffalo, New York. Several thousand pro-life Christians gathered to pray and obey the commands of King Jesus to love our neighbors as ourselves. We didn’t just talk or pray about babies being murdered by butchers, we went and stopped them. We Rescued.
The historic Christian doctrine of interposition is to protect innocent people from harm by nonviolently placing ourselves between the intended harm and those people. We didn’t just write position papers against child-sacrifice, we went and peacefully sat in front of the doors of the killing centers and prevented them from slaughtering children. I’ve never felt more like a follower of Christ in my life than when actually acting like Him, interposing and preventing the murder of babies who were scheduled to die. Other Rescuers have expressed similar experiences.
In April of 1992, there were six surgical abortuaries in Buffalo killing thousands of preborn babies yearly. Plus, the big babies got murdered weekly in Children’s Hospital. The number of surgical abortuaries in Buffalo is down to one, and Children’s Hospital stopped killing many years ago.
The baby-murderers were upset by their lack of “business.” They had the police arrest us and throw us in jail. I never did find out how many women Rescuers were arrested, but 197 men were arrested together. A few of the police beat , stepped on, dragged, or choked some of us. Most of us spent the next twenty-four days incarcerated together. Before farming us out to multiple jails and prisons, we all spent the first nine days in the aesbestos-filled dungeon of the Niagara Street Armory.
It wasn’t the fancy food, professional program, or ample accomodations that made our retreat together so memorable. It was the power of the Holy Spirit that strengthened us while we suffered together. When the sadistic policeman, Captain Vaughan, locked us out of the bathrooms for hours, we worshipped Jesus. When the guards taunted and threatened, we worshipped Jesus. Through the lack of sleep, abundance of dust, and other bad conditions, we praised our glorious King. Singing “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name” in the face of demonic tyrants does something powerful for men.
None will forget the foot-washing service, Johnny Hunter’s sermon, Chet Gallagher’s testimony, or the styrofoam-cup-cross. THe move of the Spirt of God, the Revival that happened in Buffalo, changed me, changed others. There was no turning back to only safe church activities while the slaughtering of babies continued. One of the meekest among us was old Frank Sync. My cot was next to his for the first eight days. After landing in Normandy and defeating the Nazis through Europe, he rescued Jews from death camps while in the U.S. Army. I was honored to be in his presence. Young and old, we bore our imprisonment. We were Rescue brothers, jail brothers. I never saw one act of selfishness the entire time from any of the men. We shared the few Bibles we had smuggled in (until the Gideons were allowed in later). We shared our lousy food, limited water, and our lives. Some men suffered also by losing jobs, having family members turn against them, and churches disown them for carrying the Cross. We encouraged one another. All we had was Jesus. We found out, He was all we needed. Being “pro-life” is socially and religiously acceptable, but actually stopping baby-murder through peaceful interposition, that was misunderstood by many. The “many” who think that this American holocaust will end from their comfortable offices and church buildings are woefully mistaken. The killing will stop when the Church of Jesus Christ comes out to the streets and stops it. The question is not, “What will this cost me?” The question is: “What will it cost me to disobey Christ’s command to love my neighbor as myself?
None of my four children were born before I Rescued in Buffalo, but they all have memorized the two new verses to an old hymn that were written and sung in jail there:
Stand up, stand up for Jesus, ye soldiers of Rescue
Abortion murders babies, and sometimes women too
Ye that believe in Jesus, interpose in the babies’ place
And if He finds you faithful, then you will see His face.
Stand up, stand up for Jesus, ye prisoners of Rescue
Let us look unto our Savior, His trial was unjust too
May we reflect your glory while we’re behind these bars
We worship You King Jesus, the One who bears our scars.
When the peaceful Rescue movement started, there were over 2,000 surgical abortuaries in America. Today, there are less than 700. Yes, we should pray that they close, but we should also go close them down.
This is an incredible story. Brothers and sisters the battle is on, and men of good faith are being dragged off to jail because of their witness for King Jesus. New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is a fool, “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God…’” Psalm 14:1, and is doing all in his power to silence the Gospel of Christ. This must not stand!

A remarkable story is unfolding in New York City.
Churches that have been meeting in schools there will have to find new places of worship by Feb. 12, when a new law banning the churches from public school facilities goes into effect. The new ban will affect about 150 churches.
So when Mayor Michael Bloomberg gave his State of the City Address on Thursday, more than 200 pastors and lay people gathered outside the Bronx school where he gave the speech to pray. Police arrested 43 of the praying protesters.

Pro-lifer’s FACE violation questioned

A Denver pro-lifer has gained the support of a legal group that believes he’s being targeted by the U.S. attorney general simply because of where he stands on the issue.
Kenneth Scott is being prosecuted based on the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which is designed to keep pro-lifers from blocking access to abortion clinics. But Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society tells OneNewsNow Scott is accused of obstruction, which appears to be an obscure interpretation of federal law.
“It appears to be based on the fact that when he waves someone to come over and talk to him and to pull over to take literature about offering alternatives to abortion, that the car that is stopped [so people can talk] to Ken might have obstructed some other car that would be waiting to get into the parking lot to have an abortion,” he explains.
But he points out that when the lead car leaves, the people in the vehicles supposedly behind it still have full access. So he suggests that if someone were selling flowers on a right of way, for example, not one eyebrow would be raised.
“These are rights that we have had and [that] have been held sacred in this country from time immemorial — and yet today, the attorney general wants to restrict those rights merely because this sort of interchange of information and ideas is occurring outside of an abortion clinic,” the attorney laments.
The U.S. attorney general’s office has assigned five federal prosecutors to handle the case against Scott, while the Thomas More Society enters the fray with the pro-lifer’s legal team.
