Brethren, we need your help right now to take 30-seconds to sign an important petition.

Here’s why:

House Bill 896, the Abolition of Abortion in Texas Act, has been assigned to the Texas House Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence committee.

The chairman of that committee is Representative Jeff Leach.
He has the sole power to decide whether or not HB 896 gets a hearing.

If he does not give it a hearing, the bill is dead. And if the bill dies, so does our best chance to outlaw abortion for another two years. . .

. . . which means another 110,000+ children made in the image of God will be murdered in this state without legal consequence.

So, yeah, this is important.

We need to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, and now is a brief window of opportunity to be heard loudly in our state capitol.

So, can you please take 30-seconds right now to add your name to the petition letting Chairman Leach know that you want this bill to get a hearing.

Go here: https://abolishabortiontx.org/hb896-hearing/…

Like we did with your 70,000+ petitions to Governor Abbott, we will be delivering these to Chairman Leach until he publicly announces a hearing on this crucial bill.

Thank you for signing the petition!

Bradley Pierce
Abolish Abortion Texas

P.S. HB 896, the Abolition of Abortion in Texas Act, is sitting in the hands of Representative Jeff Leach, who as the chairman of the Texas House Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence committee has the power to decide whether the bill dies or gets a hearing.

Please sign your petition RIGHT NOW letting Chairman Leach know that you want this bill to get a hearing so it can move forward to outlaw abortion in our state. Thank you!

Just sent this message to the Oklahoma legislators to do their duty and pass SB13, which would liberate Oklahoma from blood guiltiness, establish justice, and abolish abortion in their state.
Dear Honorable Legislators,
The Lord richly bless you! This note is a reminder that you are not to carry the sword of justice in vain. Our nation violated the right to liberty that led to a civil war and we still suffer to this day for our national sin that brought national calamity. We have for the last 46 years violated the right to life, without which, no other right can be passed to our posterity.
Roe vs. Wade revoked our national covenant of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness granted by our Creator and replaced it with a covenant of death. This has produced a culture of death savaging our nation while we stagger under the weight of blood guiltiness. To avert the just judgment of God upon this nation, we must repent as a people.
The Federal government violated their sacred trust, which is to use their lawful authority to protect life and stop the shedding of innocent blood. Our nation has been defending the indefensible ever since. The State of Oklahoma has a chance to right the wrong, end the injustice, and return to the lawful jurisdiction of a just government, which according to Thomas Jefferson is as follows, “The care of human life and not its destruction is the one and only object of good government.”
During this American holocaust, there has not be one state, civil magistrate, or government official that has done their duty to rein in the insanity, lawlessness and perverted iniquitous decrees of our Supreme Court. I say this to our collective shame and national disgrace. America did not exchange a monarchy for an oligarchy, who rule as a law unto themselves with no accountability or checks and balances.
The Supreme Court has produced evil social transformation without any representation and each state has bowed and kissed their tyrannical ring. We all sing the same worn out tired song, “The Supreme Court has ruled and all we can do is obey.” This is a lie! It flies in the face of the Bible, history, and our Founding Documents. No where in the Constitution do we give an oath to make a suicide pact with the Supreme Court.
At our founding, our Founding Fathers gave us a Representative Republic based upon Federalism. It was the states that created the federal government with enumerated and limited powers and not the federal government that establish the states. The hierarchy of authority was We the People, the States, and last of all, the Federal Government. Rulers governed by the consent of the governed. This was a novel idea in world history. Since the Civil War and Reconstructionism, however, our government structure has been turned upside down. Today, the hierarchy of authority is the Federal Government, the States, which have become mere provinces of Washington DC, and lastly, We the People.
Due to the Supreme Court writing powers unto themselves forbidden by the Constitution and exploiting the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, our nation has arrived at this pathetic state. This leads to the importance of state’s rights and the doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate.
Its understanding and implementation has vital importance to secure a future and a hope for our people. The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine teaches that when the superior or higher-ranking civil authority (Federal Government, specifically, the Supreme Court) makes immoral, unjust, and unconstitutional laws or policies, the lower or lesser ranking civil authority (Governors, State Legislators, Sheriffs, Chief of police, etc.) have both a right and duty to refuse obedience to that superior authority. If necessary, the lesser authorities may even actively resist the higher authority.
This doctrine is not new. It was even upheld by pagans in antiquity. “Use this sword against my enemies, if I give righteous commands; but if I give unrighteous commands, use it against me” (Roman Emperor Trajan). It was formalized as a Christian doctrine by the pastors in Magdeburg Germany on April 13th, 1550 AD. It is called “The Magdeburg Confession.” This doctrine influenced other Reformers like John Knox from Scotland. He wrote a treatise to the Scottish Nobles to resist the tyranny of the King of England. It is called the “Appellation to the Nobility and Estates of Scotland.” In this important historical work, Knox cited over 70 passages of Holy Scripture to prove the doctrine to be sound in Holy Writ.
Closer to home, I had the honor to serve our country with the 101st Airborne Division from 1974-1975. We were drilled to obey all lawful orders, even to the point of death, if need be. Conversely, we were also drilled that we were not to obey unlawful orders that could lead to war related atrocities. This is a part of our American DNA. Without this understanding of the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate there is no America and we are a rogue nation that is in rebellion against England to this day.
I call upon the legislators of Oklahoma to be strong and of a good courage. You have a bill SB13 that passes Biblical muster, historical muster, and Constitutional muster. It is time to obey God rather than man. You can either continue to appease evil or you can establish justice. Just know, you will stand before God on that great day to give an account for the discharge of your duty. I beg you by all that you hold sacred to lead Oklahoma to break this covenant with death, establish justice, and end the suffering and injustice committed against preborn children who are made in the image of God in the state of Oklahoma.
IN KING JESUS’ SERVICE,
Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas

Matt Trewhella our host pastor in this brief video gives the invitation, welcome, and casts the vision for the OSA national event this year.

Invitation to Join OSA in Milwaukee July 2019

This is my welcome to our city – Milwaukee – for the Operation Rescue/Operation Save America national effort this coming July 13th through 20th. All are invited!During this effort we will be teaching you about two important strains of history: one, is about the history regarding a runaway slave named Joshua Glover and the state of Wisconsin’s defiance of the Federal Fugitive Slave Act. Second is the history of the rescue movement here in Milwaukee from the efforts of Missionaries to the Preborn. We will take you right out on the streets to the various locations of both of these historical efforts as we tell you the history. When we see what brothers and sisters did before us – it is an inspiration to us and excites our hearts to serve Jesus. These two historical strains will teach you the importance of loving Christ and our preborn neighbor both out on the streets and in the halls of the magistrates. There will be lots of ministry during this 8 day effort. You will learn needed tactics as well as proper biblical thinking.

Theme: Complete the Work

Soon there will be more details concerning host church, lodging etc. Please mark your calendars, begin to pray, and especially rally the youth in your sphere of influence to participate. Our goal is to pour into the next generation Biblical and historical truths that will equip them to COMPLETE THE WORK!

There will be street activities during the morning, training sessions for the youth in the afternoon, and evening rallies with speakers who have expertise in their fields of study.

God willing, hope to see you there –Rusty Thomas

I delivered part of this message on the Day of Mourning gathering. Here is the entirety of the message in written form. If you find any merit, please pass it on in your sphere of influence. Thanks!

There comes a time when men and nations cross certain lines. When that happens, God’s people must of necessity according to the Book of James, “Lament, mourn and weep! We must turn our laughter into mourning and our joy to gloom.” Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, declared, “The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, But the heart of fools is in the house of mirth” (Ecclesiastes 7:4).

A major line was crossed in our beleaguered nation on January 22nd, 1973. The Supreme Court who is not the Supreme Being revoked our national covenant of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and replaced it with a covenant of death. Roe vs. Wade has produced a culture of death that has savaged our nation and defiled our land. Our Federal government betrayed its sacred trust, which is to protect life and stop the shedding of innocent blood and has defended the indefensible ever since.

We are in NY, because another major line has been crossed in the midst of the American holocaust. You all saw it on the news. Gov. Cuomo, the NY legislators, and the “We the People” of the state of NY passed a so-called bill that would slay innocent children made in the image of God up to the moment of birth.

I’m not an ageist, so I do not put anymore value on late term babies than I do at the moment of conception babies, but watching the celebration, the high fives and the demonic glee after passing this iniquitous decree, quite frankly, it turned my stomach. I thought, how ghoulish? How deceived can a people be? How sick can souls become? How depraved? The words of the prophet Jeremiah came roaring to my mind, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it” (Jeremiah 17:9)?

If we are in our right minds with proper affections, this should break our hard hearts, tenderize our seared consciences, and inspire us as a nation to fulfill 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

How then shall we live was the question posed by Francis Shaeffer, especially, in light of this new line that has been crossed. You see, this line in NY was not established by an unjust court that put forth a lawless decree and a misguided citizenry went along to get along. No, this was the state of NY fully embracing the covenant of death and coming into complete agreement with this pact from Sheol.

How shall we respond? If you are in NY, historically, you have 3 options. You can stay and fight to reform this state, or you can flee to another state. Either way, it is fight or flight time. A third option is to divide the state and separate from the immoral madness subjecting NY to this bloody tyranny. You seriously need to seek the Lord when it comes to these options.

If you are from other states, what can we take away from what has happened in New York? Other liberal states want to follow the wide road to destruction led by NY in their godless pursuit of legalizing their blood lust up till the moment of birth. Some are even floating the idea of murdering children after birth.

These states are defying the Feds and telling Washington DC, we don’t care what laws you pass in our nation, in our state we are going to keep murdering our children. If they can defy the Feds to continue to do evil, how much more should other states ignore Washington DC when it comes to defending the life of the preborn? If some states can do it for evil, surely other states can do it for good.

Yes, this is day of mourning. It is a day of moral outrage. It is a day of warning. We are in deep trouble with the Almighty. We have committed child sacrifice. We have paraded our sin like Sodom. We have filled our nation with the innocent blood of our own sons and daughters. We are staggering under the weight of blood guiltiness and under the just judgment of God. Thus it is a day for us to fast, pray, and repent to change course as a people and a nation.

It is a day for sovereign states of this union to rise up and place the Constitutional chain back on the Federal government, restore the proper checks and balances that have fallen to the wayside in recent decades, and unashamedly declare, “We will no longer allow the murder of our own children, nor will we allow the God ordained institution of marriage to be perverted in our states!”

God bless you saints and keep pressing on till baby murder is driven back to hell from whence it came in Jesus’ name!

I received this email right after the Day of Mourning gathering yesterday in Albany, NY.

God is moving on His church to reclaim her to be His instrument of justice and mercy in the battle to abolish abortion. Be encouraged saints of the living God. Aslan is on the move.

God bless you pastor Rusty!

I was astounded when I saw the box you shipped me, thinking, that’s a pretty big box to send just 20 booklets in (?). I opened it up and was humbled to see your generosity!

We held our church prayer meeting on this Day of Mourning, coming along side in spirit of the saints gathered there in Albany, NY.

I was encouraged by the turn out 6 days after I delivered the message, Marching Orders Against Moloch.

https://www.thetruthunderfire.com/…/marching-orders-against…

I will be distributing these books and booklets to the saints tomorrow at Sunday service.

The pastors are planning on coming together to discuss strategies and to yoke up with other fellowships already engaged in pro-life/Gospel street ministry.

I am currently reading the book The Kingdom Leadership Institute Manual.

I am going to encourage every pastor and every father in the congregation to secure their own copy – this is a MUST read for this generation!

There needs to be much prayer and weeping and preparation by the Spirit of the LORD among us, His saints, but we can no longer remain complacent, and even complicit to the sins of our nation by our silence!

Know that you and the saints of Operation Save America as well as your son’s parting testimony are bearing much fruit in the service of the LORD and for His glory!

You are in the prayers of us all!

My lovely bride, Kendra and I are in Albany, NY to serve the Day of Mourning gathering. As the battle rages, keep your eye on the prize.

Yes, this is day of mourning. It is a day of moral outrage. It is a day of warning. We are in deep trouble with the Almighty. We have as a nation committed child sacrifice. We have paraded our sin like Sodom. We have polluted and defiled our land with the blood of our own sons and daughters and we stagger under the weight of blood guiltiness. And make no mistake about it, we are experiencing the just judgment of our Holy and righteous God upon our collective heads.

Thus, it is also a day for us to fast, pray and repent to change our course as a people and a nation. God help us to meet the conditions set forth in His Word that He might hear from Heaven, forgive our many sins and abomination, and cleanse and heal our blood stained perverted land in Jesus’ name!

Getting Serious about Senate Bill 13

Interview with Abolitionist Senator Joseph Silk regarding Senate Bill 13, what it says and does, and how we are going to Free the State of Oklahoma from its participation in the American Abortion Holocaust. #SB13 #AbolishAbortionOK #FreeTheState

Posted by Free the States on Friday, December 21, 2018

We are here in Oklahoma spreading the vision and mission. Please brethren, get educated, discipled, and mentored in the just and righteous cause to end the American holocaust.

Here is the news coverage of the rally at the Oklahoma Capitol yesterday. The building shook in the presence of God as God’s people demanded their Oklahoma legislators do their duty before God, which is to outlaw abortion and penalize it by law.

Please listen to this interview with Senator Joe Silk, who is sponsoring #SB13. Each state of the union needs to flood their legislators with similar bills to drive baby murder back to hell from whence it came and deliver their state from the bloody tyranny of Roe vs. Wade.

The state of New York just voted to expand abortion access right up to the birth of the baby! Other sates are scrambling to seek the same level of wickedness. To celebrate this unbelievable depravity they lit the One World Trade Center in pink!

Women used to celebrate motherhood and find joy in their children. Today, in places like New York City, they are taking joy in destroying their children.
The state of New York has crossed a line of inhumanity that should drive us to our knees. Forty-six years of the state-sanctioned killing of our most helpless and defenseless children should cause us to weep, to mourn, and to take action.
What is to be thought of a society that kills her own children? What will the future be of such a heartless society that celebrates such barbaric inhumanity?
“If the foundations be destroyed what shall the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3)
We are calling for a national Day of Mourning and repentance. We are in desperate need for God to move upon the hearts of young and old in our nation. If our hearts do not break over the killing of these little image bearers of God in the womb, then how can we expect those growing up in this lost, confused and decadent culture take our message seriously?
Join us February 23rd for a “Day of Mourning.”
– WEAR BLACK
– DON’T SHOP
– CLOSE BUSINESSES
– REPENT FOR ABORTION

All aboard! The abolitionist movement is leaving the station and taking off. This article demonstrates what is happening as we spread the vision and mission.

I pray it encourages you to know that our labor is not in vain in the Lord. We shall reap in due time, if we faint not. Keep your hands to the Kingdom plow and do not look back till this evil is vanquished from our nation one state at a time.

There are also five trigger states waiting for Roe to be reversed and then those states would automatically outlaw abortion. We are working to convince them, they do not have to wait. They have God ordained, Constitutional authority to outlaw abortion in their state right now, regardless of what the Supreme Court does or does not do in the case of baby murder.

The number of state-level bills being presented to outlaw abortion is increasing nationwide, with more lawmakers submitting legislation to ignore and defy Roe. Idaho, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Indiana are all currently considering legislation that would protect the unborn as persons and criminalize the act of abortion as murder.

As previously reported, in Idaho, Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, and Rep. John Green, R-Post Falls, have introduced the Idaho Abortion Human Rights Act, which would remove an exemption for abortion from the state’s homicide laws.

“Idaho code defines a fetus as a human and says killing a human is murder. Abortion is in contradiction to the inalienable rights recognized in the Idaho Constitution, and the State of Idaho has the authority to nullify federal laws that would allow abortions,” the bill reads in part.

A number of Idaho pastors have also joined together to release a “Mercy Statement” in support of Scott and Green’s legislation.

“We hereby appeal to our elected lawmakers to establish laws that will ensure this right [to life] be properly applied to every child in the womb. We even go as far as to stand ready to make available safe homes to every unwanted child within the land,” it reads. “We give our hearty agreement with the proposed language of the Idaho Abortion Human Rights Act. We are asking you to do what is right in the eyes of God and pass this bill.”

In Texas, Rep. Tony Tinderholt, R-Arlington, has again presented the Abolition of Abortion in Texas Act, which was first filed in 2017 in response to language in the Texas Republican Party platform that calls for “legislation stopping the murder of unborn children; and to ignore and refuse to enforce any and all federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, and court rulings, which would deprive an unborn child of the right to life.”

“A living human child, from the moment of fertilization upon the fusion of a human spermatozoon with a human ovum, is entitled to the same rights, powers, and privileges as are secured or granted by the laws of this state to any other human child,” the bill reads in part.

Similarly, in Oklahoma, Sen. Joseph Silk, R-Broken Bow, has re-filed Senate Bill 13, which outlines that the definition of a human being includes the unborn, and “from the moment of fertilization.”

Therefore, under existing state homicide statutes, which define the crime as “the killing of one human being by another,” the unborn would be equally protected, and specifically regarding “acts which cause the death of an unborn child committed during an abortion.”

“Any federal statute, regulation, executive order or court decision which purports to supersede, stay or overrule this [bill] is in violation of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma and the Constitution of the United States of America and is therefore void,” the bill also declares.

The legislation was first presented in 2016, but was stalled by Republican state leadership.

In South Carolina, State Sen. Richard Cash, R-Anderson, and state Rep. Josiah Magnuson, R-Spartanburg, have sponsored the Personhood Act, which “acknowledges that personhood is God-given, as all men are created in the image of God” and “[t]he right to life for each born and preborn human being vests at fertilization.”

It also outlines that if a woman’s life is at risk, “the physician shall make reasonable medical efforts under the circumstances to preserve both the life of the mother and the life of the preborn human being in a manner consistent with accepted medical standards.”

The bill is identical to legislation presented in 2017 by Sen. Kevin Bryant, R-Anderson.

Last month, Indiana Rep. Curt Nisly, R-Goshen, re-filed the “Protection at Conception” bill, House Bill 1430, which “redefines ‘human being’ for the purposes of the criminal code to conform to the finding that human physical life begins when a human ovum is fertilized by a human sperm.”

It also nixes language in state statutes pertaining to the allowance and the regulation of abortion in Indiana.

When Nisly filed the legislation last year, he plainly declared that the purpose of the bill is “to bring the Roe v. Wade era to its logical conclusion” and “to deregulate abortion right out of existence in Indiana.”

“I am pleased how mainstream this approach has become across the country over the last few years,” Nisly said in a statement. “There are many other states that are considering protection of life legislation, and the federal government also had a bill last year that acquired 117 sponsors, including 3 congressmen from Indiana.”

Similar bills were filed in Colorado and Missouri in 2016 and 2017, respectively, but were unsuccessful.

As previously reported, even in early America, the belief that abortion is murder was not uncommon.

Wharton

Philadelphia legal writer, educator and Christian apologist Francis Wharton, who wrote several books on American law, penned an entire chapter on abortion in his book American Criminal Law,” published in 1855.

Wharton called abortionists “persons who are ready to degrade their humanity to this occupation” and stated in regard to abortion in general, “Such conduct cannot be too strongly condemned, and is the more deserving of receiving the punishment awarded for the criminal offense in question.”

In 1850, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court became the first high court in the nation to declare that abortion must be prohibited at any stage of gestation for any reason. While other state courts allowed preborn babies to be aborted up to four months of gestation by reason of a “quickening” theory, which stated that a person was not protected until the mother felt them kicking in the womb, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would accept no such argument.

In Mills v. Commonwealth, the court declared that the theory “is not … the law in Pennsylvania, and ought never to have been the law anywhere.” The ruling became a strong precedent that other state courts began to review and follow.

By the 1900’s, due to the influence of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, nearly every state in the nation prohibited abortion for any reason, with the exception of Arkansas, Mississippi and North Carolina.

Conference Registration is Still Open…

There is still time to Register for the Abolish Abortion Oklahoma Conference on February 11th-13th. Come hear from Dan Fisher, Sen. Joseph Silk, Megan Ladd, T. Russell Hunter, John Michener, Jeff Durbin, Randy Brogden, Rusty Thomas, Ken Valencia Peters, and other abolitionists leading the way in the battle against abortion today.

If you are new to the Abolitionist Movement, this conference will be incredibly informative and life changing.

ALSO! We want you to come regardless of whether or not you are able to pay the registration fee. Those paying the registration fee are making this conference and The Rally to Support SB13 at the Capitol possible (and they will receive an official SB13 T-Shirt, pamphlets, and drop cards), but we will not turn away anyone who would like to attend this conference in full or any of the evening sessions who cannot afford to register.

We want people to come get the training they need so that they can best support and lobby for SB13 and the Abolition of Abortion.

Here is a basic schedule of the Conference in relation to the Rally at the Capitol on February 12th.

We hope to see you in Guthrie, Oklahoma on February 11th at 6pm when we kick off the 2019 Abolish Abortion Oklahoma Conference.
