Please watch this five minute video.

Thank you all so very much for coming to the Appeals court to encourage me.  I knew my court appointed attorney did not know Christ.  I found that out last Thursday morning when we met for the first time.  I knew he was a Democrat, a Quaker, pro-abortion, and going to vote for Barack Obama again this year.  I knew the cards were stacked against us in the court room..  I knew that two of the judges would be very ideologically and theologically opposed to the stand we take for Christ.

I thought I would be pretty much alone.  Oh, I knew that God would never leave nor forsake me but, for whatever reason, I felt forsaken when I arrived at the Charlotte School of Law – alone.  I entered the building, turned down the hall to the left, found a seat at the end of the hall and just sat down – alone.  I was feeling pretty sorry for “Me.”  It was hard for me to pray.  I didn’t want to pray.  I felt forsaken by a country I love and am very thankful for.  I felt forsaken by God’s church.  I was having a pity party of unbelievable magnitude.  The whole world had shrunk to just me – poor, pitiful “Me.”  And I was all alone, though there were many people in the room with “Me.”  I was alone.

I was thinking only of “Me” – alone!

My son David put out a very moving appeal for folks to pray for his dad this April 2, 2012, and an invitation to come to the court hearing.  Tears welled-up in my eyes.  Then, many of you emailed me or left messages on my phone that were all pointing me to Jesus.  But I was busy with “Me.”  Though I appreciated all the encouraging words,  I simply felt forsaken.

Have you noticed how many times I have talked about “Me” and how “Me” was “feeling.”

God brought to my selfish, whiney little mind a picture I had seen earlier that morning.  It was a picture of Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani who was hung earlier this very same morning.  He was hung from a crane that was brought in just for that purpose by the Iranian regime.  He was hung because he was a Christian.  He died for his faith.  He died well.  He had run his lap of the race.  He finished the course.  (we did receive a notification that Pastor Youcef has been executed in Iran but no other news outlets have verified this that we are aware of, we hope and pray that his execution has not been carried out and that Pastor Youcef is still alive) It was “my turn now!”

It was then that I saw Kathy Pavkovic and Lisa Metzger at the end of the hall.  They were coming to encourage “Me” to run the race marked out.  They did not come sympathize with poor pitiful “Me.”  They had come to encourage me to gut it up, shut-up, and continue storming the gates of hell.  By the way, I found that I was not alone.  I was not forsaken.  Then I saw my son David and all of our grandkids walk into the courtroom surrounded by our great friends from “Cities 4 Life.”  They were looking to “Me” as a man who follows hard after Christ.  I have a calling.  I have a Savior.  His Name is Jesus.

I do well understand John’s doubt when he was imprisoned (Matthew 11:1-6) and Jesus’ admonition to him “…blessed is the man who does not fall way on my account.”  I have come to understand my wretched “Me” a little bit better now.

I want to thank you all for your prayers, presence and fellowship with “Me,” as sorry as I am, during these very small sufferings for Christ.  They are so little compared to all that He has done for “Me.”

I agree with the video.  “All I have is Christ,” and you to encourage me to “run to the roar.’

Thank you all!

In Christian love,

Flip

PS.  Please don’t forget to pray for Clifton Howell and Jo Scott who will be going through the very same thing I just went through as they appeal their case before a three judge panel at Denver School of law on Wednesday, April 4, 2012.

Ken and Jo Scott have been given a platform few of us will ever have.  Their case is a Civil Lawsuit brought against them by St. John’s Episcopal Church to force gentle Christians to stop proclaiming the Gospel of Christ on a public sidewalk outside of the Church.  150+ law students and their professors will attend.  The hearing will take place at the Denver University Law School.

Pray for Ken and Jo and pray that the Name of Jesus will be lifted high. ~ Flip

 Hello All,

A panel of three Appeal’s Court Judges at the D.U. Law School will hear Oral Arguments in favor of free speech on the public sidewalk in front of St. John’s Episcopal church on Wednesday April 4th at 3:30 PM. Attorney Rebecca Messal will argue for Clif and I.  She just won the FACE Case for us.  150 + afternoon Law students and their professors will also attend .  D. U. provides their law students an opportunity like this twice a year. Our case is their class project.  St. John’s is suing us under the Nuisance and Conspiracy to Commit Nuisance laws. They challenge the right to protest on a public sidewalk.  St. John’s ordained a woman priest that is on the Board of Planned Parenthood and they support abortion and homosexuality.  We were consistently able to get  visitors to leave and members to quit the church. There are several Judges that are members there. They were not happy with us, so the Episcopal Church initiated a Civil Lawsuit and got an Injunction against us that has kept us away for several years.

If you attend the Oral Arguments, there will be reserved seating for the guests of Ken Scott and Clifton Powell, please arrive before 3:30 p.m. for seating. Our lawyers ask that all attending dress in their Sunday best.  No tee shirts.  I’m doing what they are asking.  The Thomas More Society out of Chicago is footing the bill and their number one Attorney Thomas Brejcha will be attending, to Assist Rebecca Messall and Monica Flanigan of Hackstaff Law Group in Denver.

If you can’t attended, please pray for them to be anointed to speak to the Colorado Appeal Court Judges to see the truth.

Thanks again and God Bless!!!

Ken and Jo, and Clifton Powell

Get prepared to be amazed.  This short little video will fill your eyes with tears and your hearts with awe.  We who are spiritual are called to judge all things (1 Corinthians 2:14).  That is exactly what I did while watching this video and so did everyone else.  Watch closely Jonathan looking to Charlotte before he begins to sing.  She calmed all his fears.

Charlotte is right when she says we should not judge Jonathan by his outward appearance anymore than we should judge a book by its cover.  But when we open the book we must judge it by its content.  When Jonathan opened up, it was only Charlotte that enabled him to do it, we saw and experienced the wonderful gift God had given him.  Now Charlotte will be taking a backseat to this young boy, and Jonathan will be lifted to heights, cash, and fame beyond his wildest imagination.  Will this switch in roles unite them or divide them?

God knows the heart.  If Charlotte and Jonathan do not have Jesus as the focal point of their lives, they will both be destroyed by the world, the flesh, and the devil, but for different reasons.  Jonathan will not be able to handle the fame, acclaim, money, and posse that will follow him, and Charlotte will not be able to handle the loneliness, envy, and bitterness that will overwhelm her soul as Jonathan moves on to greatness or destruction.  This is my judgment and I believe it is from God.  I am called to do this and so are you.

This however is my prayer for both of them.  That they will both come to know Jesus, have their sins forgiven, and live for the praise of God’s glory.  By the way, that is my prayer for you and me also.

Enjoy!  ~ Flip

The pro-aborts have served notice to their minions that there is something astir in the heavenlies.  They are right!  Their nasty little child-killing kingdom is coming to an abrupt end and they know it.  RH Reality Check is almost apoplectic about the fact that gentle Christians are moving out of the closet of the church house and into the streets of our culture.  As they are they are having a great impact and the gates of hell are being pushed back.

Enjoy the confused and convoluted argument of RH Reality Check!    ~ Flip

Dear Champion of the Lord and the Preborn,

The same lady, Eleanor Bader, from RH Reality Check that reviewed our first book, The Kingdom leadership Institute Manual, has become aware of the States of Refuge campaign. The RH Reality Check website is one of the hubs promoting the abortion and homosexual agenda defiling our land and invoking God’s wrath upon our nation. Here is her take on our new national campaign. ~ Rev. Rusty Lee Thomas

STOKING FIRE: Extremist Anti-Choice Groups Plan Five-State Assault

The fanatical fundamentalists are at it again. Not to be outdone by Catholic bishops clamoring for ever-increasing fetal protections, Flip Benham’s Operation Save America has teamed up with Go Stand Speak, LifeLink, Jeremiah Cry Ministries, Personhood USA, and Repent America to make five states-Arkansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming-abortion “refuges.”

The five were chosen because each has just one reproductive health clinic. What’s more, the campaign to make these states abortion-free will link grassroots activism-raucous picketing, complete with billboard-sized pictures of bloody body parts–with a media crusade geared to maligning those who support freedom of choice.

According to OSA’s website, the groups will return to Jackson Hole, Wyoming from May 16th to 20th and will visit Little Rock, Arkansas from September 12th to 16th and Jackson, Mississippi from November 7the to 11th. They’ll also be in Charlotte, North Carolina during the Democratic National Convention, July 21st to 28th. As of this writing, both North and South Dakota appear to have been spared a direct appearance from OSA activists (Flip and I just returned from there).

But lest you write off these protests as same-old/same-old, please know that they’re not. OSA’s latest effort comes with a newsworthy difference–scope. The group has not only done outreach to legislators in each targeted state, they’ve also contacted 950 evangelical churches to solicit financial (False, we have not asked for a dime) and on-the-ground support.

Their appeal to largely African-American congregations included a copy of Maafa 21, a 137-minute documentary produced by Mark Crutcher of Life Dynamics Inc. in 2009. The film presents abortion and birth control as central components of a Caucasian plot to annihilate people of color; it further lambasts Planned Parenthood as a purveyor of racism and hatred of the poor. Predominantly white churches received The Abortion Matrix, a 10-part, 195-minute film, released in 2011, that posits the reproductive justice movement as a satanic cult comprised of witches and goddess worshippers.

While I have no idea who bankrolled this undertaking, the missive that accompanied the DVDs-signed by Benham and OSA Assistant Director Rusty Thomas-is clearly meant to rev up the fire-and-brimstone set. The Civil War took 630,000 lives, it begins, as payback for slavery.

“What do you think the toll will be when God Almighty demands an accounting for all the innocent blood that America has shed since the infamous Roe v. Wade decision,” the letter asks.

Released to coincide with the 39th anniversary of the Roe decision, the letter came at a time of such intense anti-feminist backlash that even the most absurd anti-woman pronouncements seem capable of gaining traction. And rest assured, the just-released Abortion Matrix is nothing if not absurd. The more than three-hour long narrative takes swipes at supposedly anti-Christian lawmakers and leaders, among them Bill Clinton, Richard Nixon, Barack Obama, and Margaret Sanger-but saves its most shrill condemnation for clinic workers, AKA members of Wiccan religious orders.

“Witchcraft is endemic to the abortion industry,” narrator Eric Holmberg declares. “It is a key component in a vast conspiracy in the tradition of paganism.”

Luminaries of the feminist spirituality movement including Starhawk, Zsuzsanna Budapest, and Ginette Paris are slammed, not only as man-haters, but also as proponents of infanticide. As the film unfolds the kind of music typically heard in campy horror flicks envelops the viewer. Throughout, Holmberg describes a litany of evil. Looking the viewer straight in the eye, it’s as if he wants to share a dastardly secret. Yes, he assures viewers, the goddess Aphrodite demands child sacrifice-or, in today’s parlance, abortion. Close-ups of a Florida clinician’s bumper sticker-In Goddess We Trust-is, he says, proof of this phenomenon.

Abigail Seidman, the daughter of a Midwestern clinic worker turned anti-abortion activist, is trucked out as the star witness. Clinic employees, she rails, are heathens who see abortion as a necessary rite of passage. Among her more inane assertions: Each spring, several staffers at an unnamed health center intentionally become pregnant so that they can have abortions. This, she reports, is meant to appease the blood lust of the female deities these vixens worship.

Yes, that’s really what she says.

Toward the end of The Abortion Matrix a section called Defeating Jezebel reveals the filmmaker’s political intent: Activating the fundamentalist base to stop abortion by whatever means.

“Without out-and-out spiritual warfare, what are our chances for victory where one million children are sacrificed each year?” Holmberg bellows. The imperative to act is boosted by an injunction to “heavenize the world…Deliver blows as hard as we can hit…Nothing but forked-lightening Christians will count,” he concludes.

You can imagine Benham’s glee at seeing The Abortion Matrix. In fact, its presentation of God-fearing Christians battling Godless baby-killers underscores the message he’s been delivering for 35 years. Furthermore, by sending copies to churches and legislators he’s made clear that he sees the film as a useful tool in the campaign to make some states abortion free.

Whether fundamentalists will take Matrix — or, for that matter, Maafa 21– seriously or laugh it off the screen is hard to predict. That said, Vicki Saporta, CEO and President of the National Abortion Federation, believes that Benham’s efforts are a direct violation of his current legal status.

“This effort is obviously meant to intimidate abortion providers so that they will stop providing care to women,” she begins. “It flies in the face of Benham’s 18-month probation which began in August 2011. At that time the judge ordered him to curtail his intimidating behavior.”

NAF is presently investigating this possible infraction. Meanwhile, if anyone knows how to turn antis into frogs, this seems like the perfect moment to cast a spell.

Bruce Garren, a longtime friend of ours and one who has been instrumental in heading up the “Personhood” movement in the state of Kansas, has written a short and concise article articulating the reason why “Personhood” is the only piece of legislation that has God’s imprimatur.  As Bruce unsheathes the Sword of the Spirit in response to those (Pro-lifers) who are attempting to regulate abortion rather than ending it, see if your heart does not pound within you.  ~ Flip

If not personhood, what is the plan to end abortion in Kansas?

by Bruce Garren

I have heard the Rev Flip Benham, Director of Operation Save America, proclaim on several occasions that, “Abortion will end in America when the church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it will end – and not one second sooner.” This certainly falls under the heading of bold statements. There a many parts of this proclamation that a person could question, such as how could Rev. Benham possibly know this to be true? Why is it that only the church has the power to end abortion, and how can a claim be made without honestly considering the power of the United States government to influence the outcome? All are good questions I’m sure Rev. Benham would be willing, if not eager to respond to, but I want to focus on another aspect of his claim. I want us consider the reality that there could truly be an end to abortion in America.

Like many of you, I have been fighting against abortion for what seems like a long time. Also, like many of you, I have applied myself in a number of different strategies. I have voted pro-life, written editorials, contacted legislators, attended rallies, taught classes, held signs, prayed, and fasted. All of which I have found to be worthwhile efforts, but none have succeeded in themselves to end abortion. Until recently, none of these activities were actually part of a plan to end abortion once and for all. Certainly, everything we have done had as its primary goal the end of abortion in America, and the hope was always be to save as many innocent lives as possible, but none provided a plan to actually end child killing once and for all.

Although reducing the number of unborn children killed can appear to be a worthwhile interim goal for us, it can never ever be what our efforts lead to. We must not lose sight that reducing abortion is not and cannot be our goal! Even one child legally lost to surgical or chemical abortion would bring as much shame on America as the 1.2 million that were killed last year. I believe that’s what Ambassador Alan Keyes means when referring to the compromising the life of even one unborn child: “It’s the devil’s game – Satan would be happy to end all abortion if only he could get all of us to consent to killing one child.”

Our national shame is not from the number of unborn children legally murdered in our hospitals and abortion clinics each day, but it comes from our willingness to permit even one unborn child to be killed without our outrage.

Recently, I was part of a discussion about ending abortion in our state with several high-level government officials. After some time, and after the officials castigated the personhood strategy, I finally relented. I asked a particular gentleman a question that has gone unanswered. “Okay, I understand you don’t like personhood as a way to end abortion in Kansas. So, if not the Kansas Personhood Amendment, what is your plan to end abortion during the Governor’s term of office?” I couldn’t believe what I saw and heard next. He looked stunned and ill prepared for the question. “Well, we are several years away from that still,” he said.

After that discussion, I came to realize that our problem is not the disagreement on the personhood amendment strategy. The issue is that, among the personhood opponents, there is little hope at all of actually ending abortion in a short time frame. They are preparing to battle for the next several decades.

This same outlook is true of many of our leaders. It has been parroted, often from surprising sources. National Right to Life lead attorney, James Bopp, for instance, once charged that “wise leaders recognized from the beginning that one of their foremost tasks was to keep abortion alive as an issue.” And having compared the pro-life movement to the prohibition movement, he claimed that if we were to pass a ban on abortion, “No one would read [our] literature, attend [our] ‘rallies,’ or donate to the cause.”

In his response to Bopp, Robert Muise, Esq. of the Thomas More Law Center wrote: “The obvious problem with keeping abortion alive as an issue, is that keeping abortion alive means killing the unborn. Each day abortion remains an issue—and the law of the land—is a day in which innocent life is destroyed…If succeeding in reversing Roe v. Wade and ending the slaughter of millions of innocent lives each year means “no one would read [NRTL] literature, attend [its] ‘rallies,’ or donate to the cause,’ then that is the price of victory we should be willing to pay.”

If you are like the many Kansans we have talked to across the state who want to see child killing not just reduced, limited, or restricted but ended in Kansas once and for all and you want to be part of a plan, tell everyone you know that you want the decision in your hands. Tell them you want to be able to vote on the single most critical vote of your life. Tell your family, friends, community leaders, church members, and legislators that you want the Personhood Amendment on the statewide ballot.

Do not leave this vote in the hands of anyone else. Don’t trust anyone to represent your position on child killing. The Personhood Amendment provides you a way to end abortion in Kansas and a plan in which to do it.

Rev. Benham is right, and it is long past time for the church of Jesus Christ to speak out boldly about the slaughter of the children. We have a way to end the killing in Kansas and it’s called the Personhood Amendment, but it looks like you will have to insist that it be put on the ballot. If you want to be heard by the powers that be in Kansas, you will have to speak loudly, clearly and persistently! Tell them, “I want to vote on the Personhood Amendment because I want to end the killing, NOW!”

The Department of Justice has dropped all of its charges against Ken Scott.  That’s right!  Every civil charge brought against our great brother in the Lord Ken, has been dismissed.  \

U.S. Department of Justice Drops ‘FACE’ Lawsuit Against Denver Pro-Lifer

DENVER, March 22, 2012 /Christian Newswire/ — Today, Thomas More Society attorneys secured agreement from the U.S. Attorney General’s office to dismiss all of the civil charges pending against Denver pro-life advocate Kenneth Scott, who had been accused of physically obstructing clients and employees of the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains abortion facility. The Attorney General’s office filed suit last year in Denver’s federal district court, charging Scott with ten separate violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, asking the court to assess a $10,000 civil fine and an injunction keeping him 25 feet away from the abortion facility.

The agreement to dismiss the charges followed in the wake of a ruling last January by United States District Judge Philip Brimmer, denying the federal government’s bid for a preliminary injunction against Scott. Judge Brimmer ruled that the Attorney General had failed to prove that the government was reasonably likely to prevail at trial.

“This is a monumental vindication of the free speech rights of those who offer assistance at the nation’s abortion clinics,” said Peter Breen, executive director & legal counsel of the Thomas More Society, which represented Scott. “The charges against Scott, like a flurry of other charges the Justice Department recently has brought against pro-lifers all over the country, were fundamentally flawed and repugnant to the United States Constitution. The Government here sought to criminalize leafleting on a public sidewalk, which is clearly protected by the First Amendment, even when that leafleting occurs outside an abortion clinic.”

The Thomas More Society retained Denver attorney Rebecca Messall to assist with the defense of Scott. The agreement resulted after a settlement conference held this afternoon at the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse in Denver.

A copy of the signed settlement agreement may be viewed here.

More information about the case can be found here.

Pastor Ed Martin and the blessed saints in Jacksonville, Florida, are continuing the battle for the lives of their preborn brothers and sisters.  All over the country this battle is being won in the streets.  “for everyone born of God overcomes the world.  This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.”  1 John 5:4.  Do you believe this?  Me too, and therefore I am greatly encouraged.

Dear Family for LIFE,

Today we had our first Pastors Stand for LIFE today.

We had pastors share with 50 – 60 people the evils of abortion and how God expects us to combat it.

Pastor Tim Nelson, Hope Baptist Church, brought his youth group.

Anthony Johnson, Jacksonville Jaguars chaplain, told them how much Jesus loved them and what He expected of them.

Rob Barnaby, their youth pastor read from Matthew 7:13-14 telling them how the gate to destruction is wide, encouraging them to choose the narrow gate to LIFE and follow its straight path.

This youth group from Hope Baptist comes EVERY Saturday morning.  Some of them stand vigil even when they are on spring break!

They sacrifice their Saturday mornings getting up at 6:30 a.m. to be the arms and legs and voice of Jesus, because they “Hope in Christ”

Bianca, standing between her youth pastors, Rob and Ruthie, presented her senior photo essay on why “Abortion should be ILLEGAL” and received an A++!

Hope Baptist Youth Group is an integral part of our Family for LIFE and they invite other youths to join them as they try to save their peers from the tragedy of abortion.

By the way, our group this Saturday, representatives from about 10 churches, was so large that we had to straddle the driveway leading to A Woman’s Choice of Jacksonville, the grey building behind the vigilers (on the left of center in the photo below).

Next Saturday, March 31, please join us for two events, our last during the 40 Days for LIFE.

At 8:00 a.m., we will have a Memorial Service for the Unborn on the sidewalk at 4131 University Blvd.

Also, at 8:00, there will be the 100+ Man March starting with Mass at Prince of Peace Church followed by a 3.8 mile march for men only (The men want to “carry their weight” in this organized effort to rid Jacksonville of abortion! Ladies, you are welcome to join us on the sidewalk or stay at Prince of Peace Church and pray as your men march for LIFE. )  Their route will encompass the 3 operating abortion facilities in Jacksonville.

If you would like more information about either event, please email me.

God bless you!

Trudy

It is absolutely amazing what God is doing through the saints in Connecticut as they daily bring the theology of heaven to the gates of hell.

OSA-CT Street Report – Feb. 2012

55 babies killed in Bridgeport

8 babies saved

3 salvations

2,195 children spared from abortion

400 salvations (since Feb.1990)

“For you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb…My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” Psalm 139:13,15,16

Here’s Daniel with one of the saved babies we went to visit on Friday, she is now 10 weeks old. We brought her diapers, a swing, a bouncy seat, etc. We could not do this without the support of those that help us with the needs of the families. THANK YOU! This is Brenda and the mother that had her miracle baby girl 5 lbs., 8 oz. on Saturday (2/25/12). During her sixteen hours of induced labor Brenda stood by her side at the hospital. This mother has a very serious kidney infection and might need surgery to have it removed. The baby was sent home with Brenda and the baby’s father is taking care of their 5 boys in a shelter. Aurelia named her baby girl after Brenda, since she has been there for her through thick and thin in the last four years. She knows she can count on Brenda for spiritual and physical support. Please pray for this mother for a speedy recovery, a job for the dad and housing and salvation for their family. We are so proud of Brenda and how God is using her in this ministry. She is a faithful sidewalk counselor and she goes beyond the call.

“Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren you have done it unto me.” Matthew 25; 40

This is one of the teen moms with her mother and boyfriend at the baby shower on 2/18/12. She is due 3/28/12 and they are so happy!  The mom (17) and dad (18) will be graduating from high school in June. Please pray for this young couple!

“This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses.  Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to His voice, and hold fast to Him.” Deuteronomy 30:19

We were blessed to have our brother John Reyes come visit from Pennsylvania. He lives and works there as a teacher/counselor for Teen Challenge.  He came out on the streets with us and preached his heart out. He brought three of his four adorable children with him to his mom’s house in CT. It was so good to fellowship with him and remember the days back in the early nineties when Anthony first invited John to our church and he was saved and became a part of our pro-life ministry. PTL!

“For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 1:8

The saints from Pastor Burgos’s Church (God’s Victorious Army) have been coming out on the frontlines to save lives and souls for Jesus. Some of them even made their own signs! This is the church OSA-CT visited last month and we are happy to report that they are following through with their commitments to take a public stand for Jesus and the precious babies He created in His image. Welcome to Heather, Jason, Carlos, Yvonne, Margie and Meagan from GVA and Ilka from Milford. Praise the Lord we can use some new fresh warriors out on the streets.

“Stay always within the boundaries where God’s love can reach and bless you. Wait patiently for the eternal life that our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy is going to give you. Try to help those who argue against you. Be merciful to those who doubt. Save some by snatching them as from the very flames of hell itself. And as for others, help them to find the Lord by being kind to them, but be careful that you yourselves aren’t pulled along into their sins. Hate every trace of their sin while being merciful to them as sinners.” Jude 21-23

Please do not support those who enable baby killers to stay in business.  This is WB Mason on the left at the Summit in Bridgeport and on the right is Clintonville Oil at Planned Parenthood in New Haven.  Both are delivering to the abortion mills. There is a website you can visit about this called www.coldbloodworker.com

“How long will the wicked, O Lord, how long will the wicked be jubilant?” Psalm 94:3

On Saturday, 2/25/12 we had an ex clinic worker that stopped by Summit to let us know she is now a Christian and was so sorry for all the babies that died when she was there. She was crying in her car. She said her job there was prepping the moms for surgery! She is having her first grandchild this year and now prays for all the babies that are murdered every week at Summit. I encouraged her to come out and share her experience with the moms going in and the workers that are on staff.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the words of their testimony; and they loved not  their lives unto death.” (Rev. 12; 11)

Kelly Vazquez invited one of her high school students to church on Sunday and she made a decision that she needed Christ in her life! Kelly noticed this student was having a hard time in school with depression, being withdrawn and never wanting to talk. Kelly kept praying for her and eventually she opened up to Kelly about her abortion she had months ago. She is now going for counseling with Hopeline and started going to a bible study to help her grow in Christ!  Another young student (15 yrs. old) attended church a few week ago and gave her life to the Lord. She is reading her new bible and is excited about going to youth group on Friday nights. Thank you God’s Victorious Army Church for helping!

Home-Schooled Student Faces Death Threats from Homosexual Activists

By Jay Rogers

I’ve known Karl Crank since 1987 when he came to the University of Massachusetts at Amherst to help our campus group with evangelistic outreaches while I was a student. Karl and several other members of Boston Maranatha Church were responsible for getting me involved with direct action on the pro-life front through Operation Rescue Boston in 1988. It was no surprise to me when I learned that Karl and his wife Kathleen had become advocates to protect traditional marriage in their current home state of Maryland.

See: A Crank on Gay Marriage – Murphy Brown Revisted.

What did come as a shock is the vitriol, threats and hatred that have been spewed at them and even their children from the homosexual political activist community.

The threats toward their oldest daughter, which now number in the thousands, expose the true face of the so-called “same-sex” marriage movement. It is not a campaign for tolerance and equal rights, but a push to eradicate Christianity from public discourse. It has taken the form of a campaign to punish a 14-year-old home-schooled Christian girl for speaking her opinion at an open forum held in a state house sub-committee meeting in Annapolis, Maryland on January 31st, 2012. This is what lies in store for Christians who want to express their beliefs when same-sex “marriage” becomes accepted as a civil right in our nation.

The Forerunner has tried to expose the myth of neutrality and the true nature of spiritual warfare surrounding such “social issues” in numerous articles and video presentations such as God’s Law and Society and The Abortion Matrix. The attack on traditional marriage is much more than a liberal social experiment, but it represents an attack on the right to exercise the Christian faith in the public square.

14-Year-Old Sarah Crank faces death threats after stating her opinion on same-sex “marriage”

ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND (www.forerunner.com) — At a subcommittee hearing in the state house in Annapolis, Maryland, representatives debating a same sex “marriage” measure heard expert testimony from various witnesses The microphone was then opened to anyone in attendance to give a one-minute testimony stating their opinion.

Sarah Crank, a 14-year-old high school student, came with her mother and friends prepared to give a three-minute speech. After quickly culling down her notes to exactly one-minute and stated her opinion that the homosexual lifestyle is a choice and that she personally knew several adults involved in the homosexual lifestyle who had changed their behavior. Therefore, she reasoned, the definition of marriage ought not be changed by a legal statute because it would infringe on the rights of those who don’t want to be affected by that choice.

Transcript of the Testimony

Hi, I’m Sarah Crank. Today’s my 14th birthday, and it would be the best birthday present ever if you would vote “no” on gay marriage. I really feel bad for the kids who have two parents of the same gender. Even though some kids think it’s fine, they have no idea what kind of wonderful experiences they miss out on. I don’t want more kids to get confused about what’s right and okay. I really don’t want to grow up in a world where marriage isn’t such a special thing anymore.

It’s rather scary to think that when I grow up the legislature or the court can change the definition of any word they want. If they could change the definition of marriage then they could change the definition of any word. People have the choice to be gay, but I don’t want to be affected by their choice. People say that they were born that way, but I’ve met really nice adults who did change. So please vote “no” on gay marriage. Thank you.

Responses to the Testimony

The recorded testimony, which is public record, was commended by one of the sponsors of the gay “marriage” bill, who said, “Thank you. That was a very good testimony. One last question: Where are you in school?”

“I’m home-schooled,” she replied.

“Okay, good for you. You get an ‘A.’”

Another representative asked her where she lived and told her, “You did a great job on your birthday.”

Homosexual activists in attendance then chose three testimonies to post on YouTube. Sarah Crank’s was one of them. Since she named her hometown at the request of the committee, people were able to locate her home address and information about her parents.

In early February, the audio of Sarah Crank’s testimony then went viral on several sites including Salon.com, LGBTQNation.com and the HuffingtonPost.com.

“And now everyone knows her name, so hopefully she will feel what its like to be harassed and bullied …” reads a comment posted on LGBTQNation.com

From YouTube: “My god I hate people like this. Most (not all) Americans are [expletive] retards. If I ever see this girl, I will kill her. That’s a promise.”

Other entries: “Her parents should be exterminated.”

“The [sic] is why abortion must stay legal – to prevent little bigots like this from being Born…”

“Kill this child and his [sic] parent, for my 11 birthday would be a wonderful gift, thanks.”

“Her belief is hurting other people. I will attack her as much as I please.”

“Parents like hers should be sterilized…”

“I’m gonna kill ‘er!”

Her father, Karl Crank, began compiling these threats and abusive comments. “I collected a 45-page file of the profane cursing, near-threats, threats, and death threats. I gave up collecting these about a week after Sarah’s testimony. Just too many of them to track. And, I wasn’t ever going to track all those people down to confront them, and the police weren’t swayed by this file, and the FBI never returned my call.”

There is now an undergoing campaign of harassment toward the Crank family by the homosexual activist community.

One website is dedicated to having Sarah Crank stripped of her title as the 2011 Junior Miss Greenbelt, which according to their website is a competition “designed to teach girls poise and self confidence, how to be at ease with themselves and others, and how to have fun in a team effort toward a common goal.” The website encourages gay activists to contact the corporate sponsors of Miss Greenbelt and demand that the “money., crown and sash” be stripped from Sarah and returned to the pageant.

Another group seeks to have the home-schooling Crank parents investigated by child services.

On and on it goes to many thousands of instances of hostile harassment.

If this makes you hopping mad, then please pray for the Crank family. But more importantly, this instance illustrates the need for Christians to get involved in the fight to save our culture. Our children will inherit a society that is either pagan or Christian. There can be no tolerance for both in the “neutral public square” because the pagan worldview wants Christian voices silenced and those who refuse to be quiet to be put to death.

This hammers home a point that we’ve tried to make through The Forerunner since the first issue appeared in 1981. When faced with the Lordship of Jesus Christ, there really is no such thing as neutrality. Every statement we make is a moral statement that either favors or opposes God’s moral law. Every action we do and every word we say will one day be exposed and judged for all to see by Christ the king, the judge of all the universe.

Christians who dare to speak the principles of God’s moral law will find themselves in a conflict – a cosmic war that has gone on from the beginning of time. It should not surprise us when the world and the devil is against us succeeding in advancing Christ’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. We can be comforted in knowing that we will win in the end. In order to be victorious we need to be on the winning side. To do that, we stand for the Lordship of Jesus in all areas of human life. But make no mistake about it, the true faith is a deadly serious call to take up our cross and suffer the insults, murderous threats and even death for the cause of Christ.

“Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution” (2 Timothy 3:12).

President Obama on the floor of the Illinois State Senate, on April 4, 2002,  advocating the killing of a child if the child is born aliveafter a failed abortion.  His criteria?  If the mother intended to have the child killed, yet the child is born alive, no physician may render aid to save the life of said child.  We have it on tape and Senate transcripts.
