Chet’s Letter Before He was Arrested

Our brother Chet Gallagher gives us all a great exhortation in this letter written the day before he was falsely arrested for preaching the Gospel of Christ on the corner of a public sidewalk outside the last remaining abortion mill in the state of Mississippi.  After Chet was released he went right back to the spot where he was arrested and preached again.  Reminiscent of Acts 5:25-29.  ~ Flip

 

Friends,

The plea for “the church to be the church,” be it in Mississippi or elsewhere, has been our consistent and passionate cry to heaven.  Yet still, she turns a deaf ear to the cry of the helpless and the innocent being led away to slaughter and willfully determines to sing a little louder.  In these critical days of the 40th year she seems to be singing even louder still. 

Here in Jackson recently, after a seemingly positive response to my “transition-from-law-enforcement-to-ministry” testimony at the annual Prolife Mississippi Banquet last week, attended by 400 or so, pastor Doug Lane invited all to the streets to Jericho march with us.  Sadly in the end, our numbers increased by only a handful the next morning.  But the marching orders were the same every day until our 7th day of victory tomorrow, April 16, in the year of our Lord 2013.

The deafening silence of the church is one thing but when the wicked are justified then the just, by default, must be condemned.  It brings a “double abomination” according to Prov 17:15: “He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both [are] abomination to the LORD.”  

We are fast tracking to the full judgment of our God, which I believe can be seen in this recent act of federal judicial tyranny.  However, friends, consider the judgment of God. God’s judgment is manifested in many ways.

Could it be that, a passage from Job 9:24 is evidence that the church of Jesus Christ continues to be judged for her idolatry, apathy, for justifying the wicked and for giving consent to the condemnation of the just?

“Silence”…after all is unsaid and not done..,”gives consent!” 

In this context then, consider Job 9:24 (NIV) “When a land falls into the hands of the wicked, he blindfolds its judges. If it is not he, then who is it?”  Could it be that under this curse and judgment of God, even righteous judges are blinded by Him and rendered incapable of ruling righteously so that evil may reach its full fruition and warrant the wrath of a just God?

We are still here in Jackson, MS, crying aloud for the church to end the killing, but frankly our tireless pleas are met only with blank, dazed stares or heads shaking with denial and disbelief.  If the church of Jesus Christ remains silent much longer her vocal chords will atrophy and she won’t have a voice to raise, even if she tries to speak out.  It will be too late for her as it has been too late for the least of His.

There is hope…Rusty made a promise last week to the prolife Mississippi folks right after completing the third day of a seven day Jericho march.  “We will not only continue to support and encourage you but count on us to be your ‘Minute Men.”  How that translates into action, we pray the Holy Spirit will direct.  BUT if He is speaking to you to be ready, please obey and get ready should such a “Macedonian Minute Man” call go out to you.

ABC’s Nightline News producers are in town and have been for days and will be until week’s end.  One of them asked me today how I felt about the (proaborts) celebration this morning over yesterday’s victory in court.  I told him that every day they are here they celebrate the murder of those they slaughter.  Today is only slightly different in that Judge Daniels, a professing Christian, has justified the wicked.

By further delaying the closure of the last murder mill in Mississippi, this “Christian” magistrate has condemned more and more innocent children to their gruesome death.  He could have stopped the flow of their innocent blood into the city streets and thus a further curse would have been abated.

Friend, the bloodlust here is real.  The reality, too, of Hosea 4:2 continues to be manifest “…bloodshed touches bloodshed.”  Was it a mere coincidence that blood was shed in Boston’s streets yesterday at about the same time this federal tyrant’s order justifying the wicked took place?  The world would never make such a connection because the church refuses to “connect the dots” and preach the whole counsel of God’s Word.

Cal, Corrie and David Zastrow, myself and many local Mississippi friends will be completing the “Jericho March” tomorrow marching 7 times around this well protected place of child sacrifice to demons.  Though you can’t be here tomorrow at 7:30 AM to stand with these gentle Jackson believers, as other OSA friends like Rusty last week (and today Leslie Hanks who comes from Denver), will you pray with us that a miracle will happen?

Maybe such a small and seemingly hopeless act of living out our faith walk through a seven day Jericho March could be used of God, quite creatively, for His divine purpose.  Those who are able to “Just Show Up!” may witness a great miracle if we expect one and join together in expectant intercession!

Remember, there is only One Judge Who is never blinded in His Justice.  His Name is Jesus, and His judgments are always true and frequently…swift.

Chet Gallagher Arrested in Jackson Mississippi

Our good friend Chet Gallagher was arrested yesterday by a police department hell bent on removing the Gospel of Christ from the last remaining abortion mill in the state of Mississippi.  Several others have been arrested on ludicrous charges for preaching the Gospel of Christ and reaching out to mothers and fathers in crisis pregnancy situations at the Jackson Women’s Health Organization (JWHO).  The Mississippi State Department of Health was blocked from shutting this mill down on April 18, 2013, by a federal judge who extended an injunction he granted several months ago to keep this filthy abortion mill going despite of the protestations of the state of Mississippi’s Health Department.

The people of Mississippi want this abortion mill shut down.

The Church of Jesus Christ in Mississippi wants this abortion mill shut down.

The Mississippi State Department of Health wants this abortion mill shut down.

Both Houses in the state of Mississippi Legislature want this abortion mill shut down.

The Governor of Mississippi wants this abortion mill shut down.

The devil will do anything to prevent gentle Christians from presenting to God the first abortion free state. The gates of hell, however will not prevail against the church of Jesus Christ.  Here is an article from Rusty calling us all into action.

Please pass this information on to your lists. We must put pressure on the state of MS to reign in these police officers who are harrassing God’s people who are trying to save lives. Thank you!

Acts 5:17-20 declares:  Then the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, “Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.”  

These are the details of Chet Gallagher’s arrest. He has been charged with obstructing the sidewalk and resisting arrest. The second charge was not violent resistance to being arrested, it was due to the fact Chet continued to preach God’s Word on a public sidewalk when the officer asked him to come across the street. 

The bail was set for $1,341.00. This corrupt police department is playing hardball against God’s people who are simply trying to save lives. Again I repeat, “WOE BE UNTO THEM!!!”

Chet, however, did not skip a beat. Like the Apostles before him, he went right back to the place of his arrest and took up God’s word in his mouth and continues to give the death camp heaven in Jesus’ name! To those of you who name the name of Christ, is there not a cause? 

We need to put out a national call and flood the governor’s office, Jackson city mayor’s office, and the police chief’s office and demand they reign in these lapdog police officers who work for this death camp rather than the citizens of Jackson, MS. Please call or write and register a complaint against the ongoing harassment perpetrated by those who police the last remaining death camp in MS. Perhaps, it will help save some more lives till the Lord shuts it down once and for all in Jesus’ name!

Judge Blocks Closure of Last Remaining Abortion Mill in Mississippi

US District Court Judge Daniel P. Jordan extends an injunction he issued several months ago to block the State of Mississippi from shutting down forever the last remaining abortion mill in the state.  It is amazing how the devil uses the court system in America to continue moving his agenda of robbing, killing, and destroying.  There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that the courts in America hate Almighty God.  “…all who hate me love death.”  Proverbs 8:36. 

Our courts have been the devil’s lapdog for years pouring out foolish decisions that bring with them only death.  This federal judge blocked the will of the people of Mississippi, the will of the state to stop all abortions, and the will of God to bring life and not death.

Pray for the saints in Mississippi.  May they continue moving forward in the mighty Name of Jesus – the gates of hell will not prevail!   ~ Flip

Saints in Denver May Get to Supreme Court

Ken and Jo Scott and all the saints in Denver are busy bringing the Gospel of Christ to the gates of hell every day in the city of Denver.  The theology of heaven becomes biography in the streets wherever they go.  One particular manifestation of the gates of hell is  St. John’s Episcopal Church.  St. John’s is pro-abortion, pro homosexual sodomy, pro redefining marriage, pro everything that God isn’t.  This “church” has become the loudest and most ferocious enemy of those who dare to bring the true Gospel of Christ out into the public square.  It has done its very worst to thwart the Gospel presentation in Denver and now the Supreme Court of United States of America may hear this case.

Hello Flip,

This is the St. John’s Episcopal  Church case that we have been fighting since 2005.  It stopped OSA’s protests at the the church during the 2005 National event.   The U.S. Supreme Court has not decided whether or not to hear it yet but there have been many Amicus briefs submitted in support.    So there is a possibility  that the  U.S. Supreme court will hear the case. We were moved off the sidewalk when the Church got a Parade permit for the sidewalk which they never did before 2005.  Then we were forced across the street and were blessed enough to get parking spaces next to sidewalk of the church.  Then they got an Injunction to keep us across all the streets. They put us at the furthermost corner where very few people would see us.

Abortion Mill in Birmingham Open Illegally

Diane Derzis, owner of “New Woman, All Women” abortion mill in Birmingham, AL, has reopened this abortion mill after it was shut down a year ago for 76 health code violations by the Alabama Department of Health.  This is one of the mills that Dave Lackey and several saints have been interceding on behalf of preborn children for the past twenty-five years.  What is particularly heinous about this is that Diane Derzis shows absolutely no fear of being prosecuted under the law.  She is illegally operating a business that has been shut down by the Alabama Department of Health?  She knows that our government and the media will cover for her.

This does not bode well for the saints in Jackson, Mississippi, who are very close to having the last abortion mill in the state of Mississippi shut down this April 18, 2013, by the Mississippi State Department of Health.  By the way, Diane Derzis owns this abortion mill, Jackson Women’s Health Organization, in Mississippi, also. 

When the enemies of our Lord’s precious preborn children have no fear of being prosecuted under the laws of our government or being exposed in the media, you can rest assured that the salt has indeed lost its saltiness. 

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter … so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the holy One of Israel.”  Isaiah 5:21-24.

Kermit Gosnell (Abortionist Butcher) and the Media Cover-Up!

Proverbs 10:12 and 1 Peter 4:8 both tell us that love covers a multitude of sins.  Love pierces us with Truth and enables us to cry out to God, confess our sin, and be forgiven (covered) by the blood of Christ.  This is what love does – it covers a multitude of sins. 

Luv (the world, the flesh and the devil’s false representation of love), on the other hand, seeks to cover-up our sin.  It does so by rationalizing, justifying, denying, or blaming someone or something else for our every misdeed.  It is filled with compassion, kindness, and self righteousness but it is ultimately cruel.  “…the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.”  Pr 12:10.  Luv always has an agenda,  be it assuaging our guilty consciences or covering-up our bad actions.  One thing for certain “luv” always brings with it – death!

Here is the crux of the issue.  Love will expose our sin that we may confess it and have our sins covered by the blood of  Jesus.  Love, loves us enough to tell us the truth.  There is no such thing as love (biblical love) apart from truth. 

So why is the media covering-up for Kermit Gosnell?  Because it luv’s him.  He is one of its own.  It is providing cover for him.  It is censoring the horrible truth of what abortionist Gosnell has done to children and mothers in Philadelphia to protect its most precious prize – the blood of innocent children.  The murder of children, both born and unborn, must be protected at all costs. 

Note: The enemy of truth cares not one whit about Kermit Gosnell.  He is simply a useful idiot in the devil’s fiefdom.  He will be eaten up, spit out, and spend eternity in hell if someone doesn’t love him enough to tell him the truth.  But the saints in Philadelphia have already been doing that.  They have been pleading with him for years to come to Christ.  This is what love does.

Bible Thumpers Unite!

 

I am a Christian. I am not going to apologize for that fact nor will I attempt to devise some sort of watered down, evasive, non-threatening language to express that fact in a way that might be less threatening to the insecure unbelievers who populate our collapsing culture. As a Christian, I believe in objective Truth – Truth that does not depend on acceptance or popularity for its validity. I believe that anything which deviates from the Truth is a lie. As a Christian, I believe in objective morality – moral standards that are determined by the Truth – not by popular opinion polls, or the ratings of a celebrity’s national program, or media spin. I believe that any thought, word or deed which contradicts what those moral objective standards declare to be right is wrong. As a Christian, I believe that the one and only source of objective Truth and morality is the Bible, the inspired Word of God. That is why I am proudly a Bible Thumper. I am prepared to endure the scorn and disdain of worldly men, both inside and outside the church, who no longer trust in the Bible as the Word of God and who insist that we must become more practical and realistic politically if we are ever to regain the moral heritage of our nation.

I am an American who deeply loves his country. My forefathers stood upon the storm tossed deck of the Mayflower risking their lives to find a homeland where they could live as Christians without government interference. The nation which they and the generations which came after them established was firmly grounded upon a Biblical world view. John Adams accurately observed: “The general principles upon which our fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity.” (1813) We presently find ourselves in the midst of the grim process of proving Adams’ further observation that our constitutional form of government cannot survive without the support of a “moral and religious people”. “Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any other.” (1798) Now the future of that homeland is in peril because a militant minority is imposing their godless religion upon my country. indignantly reject the advice of those who demand that Christians silence their convictions in order to appeal to the apathetic undecided center. This is not political realism, it is the self-serving counsel of cowardice.  

The only way to rescue America is to halt the killing of the innocent unborn and to restore the integrity of the family. These goals will not be accomplished by abandoning principle in the hope of seducing the center. The pathetic performance of the simpering establishment of the corrupt Republican Party establishment in recent decades is proof positive of that fact. These fearful, faithless weather-vanes care about nothing beyond their own ambitions. Even if they win, which most often they do not, nothing changes and the decline of America continues. The only way to rescue America is to rouse the faithful remnant of God’s people throughout this land to finally stand for what is good and right and godly and take back their country. At this point, that will not be easy. Some have been intimidated by the lie of the separation of church and state. Some have yielded to a cynical resignation which concludes that politics is irredeemably corrupt and cannot be used for good. Still others, have become engaged in the political process, but have allowed themselves to be manipulated by that process because of their failure to carefully maintain a distinction between absolute moral truth and their own political ideology. All this must be swept aside in grassroots uprising which will transform American politics from the bottom up. No more compromises! No more delays! No more settling for the lesser of two evils. When we are dealing with life and marriage the lesser of two evils is still evil. As people of faith we must trust in God enough to do the right thing and leave the outcome to Him. The killing of the unborn and the destruction of the family must stop – now! As Christian voters we must resolve only to support candidates who are genuinely committed to these fundamental goals – no matter how bad the other guy is.

The hour is late. The death toll is overwhelming. The damage to marriage and family is devastating spread out across generations. This is not the time to be intimidated or discouraged into silence. No, this is the time to faithfully declare the Truth of God, come what may. This is the time to arouse the people of God across this troubled nation to fearless action. As Christian we have no choice. We must engage in this battle. Failure to do so would be nothing less than a betrayal of the Lord Jesus Christ. We must engage in this battle not merely as Americans but as Christians! We must engage in this battle not as liberals or conservatives, not as Republicans or Democrats but as sons and daughters of the Lord Jesus Christ. Bible Thumpers of the world, unite! If that makes the media elites and the professional politicians squirm – great! There is no better affirmation of faithfulness to Christ than fear and loathing from the world.

Ron Brock and Alan Hoyle are at the “Stand for Marriage Equality” march as the Supreme Court hears arguments to strike down California’s Proposition 8 and the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which defines marriage as between one man and one woman (dah!). Chief Justice John Roberts invited his sodomite cousin to sit in with him and hear the arguments. Some might remember John Roberts, while a lawyer in Colorado, wrote a supporting brief for Lawrence v. Texas which struck down sodomy laws in 13 states. George W. Bush nominated Roberts and upon his confirmation, appointed him Chief Justice of the Supreme Court! Throughout Roberts confirmation process we warned and we marveled at the support of Christian advocacy groups for their support of John Roberts! Shame on the Republican Party! Shame on the silent Churches! Shame on America!

Brother Travis Yates wasted no time after the Lord sent him out to his local abortion mill recently in Tulsa, OK. The following is the letter he sent out to certain churches in his city.

Dear Pastor,

As you well know, the United States has entered into the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision that institutionalized abortion-on-demand in our nation. For 40 years, the American church has been largely silent at the cost of over 55 million babies being legally murdered at the hands of abortionists and their clientele. We recognize that abortion is not a political issue or a social issue, rather it is a sin issue and therefore a Gospel issue, and that makes it the business of the Church.

The Abolitionist Society of Tulsa is a local chapter of the larger Abolish Human Abortion movement. We are members of local churches and our Director is specifically under the authority of his local church, Calvary Baptist Church (Sand Springs). We exist to abolish human abortion in the state of Oklahoma through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, loving our neighbors as ourselves through assistance, and exposing the works of darkness by engaging the culture of death about the reality of abortion. In this, we are obeying Christ’s command to make disciples and teaching them to obey all that Christ has commanded (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 12:30-31; Ephesians 5:11).

We understand the only way that human abortion will be criminalized in our state is if the Church wakes up to the reality of legalized child killing in America, children who have been sovereignly made in the image of God. Dr. John MacArthur recently sat down with Dr. R.C. Sproul to discuss the national tragedy of abortion-on-demand, and stated:

Our goal has to be to awaken the church.

We emphatically agree, which is why we are praying for and actively pursuing the awakening of the true Church of Jesus Christ to be a prophetic voice in this culture of death, and to engage in the spiritual warfare of preaching the Gospel and loving our neighbors as ourselves in a society that celebrates the shedding of innocent blood.

Over 7,000 babies are slaughtered each year in Oklahoma or the equivalent of one Sandy Hook 1st grade classrooms every day of the year. One out of three pregnant women ends the lives of their children. Isn’t 40 years worth of innocent blood on our hands enough? Won’t you rise up to expose these works of darkness and proclaim the only Hope and Solution to the greatest evil of our age?
