Here is a great report from Chet Gallagher as he has been traveling across America allowing the theology of heaven to become biography at the gates of hell.  He and Johnny Brekeen have been on the road for the past month now, concentrating their efforts in the five states that have only one remaining abortion mill left.

We pray that very soon we will be able to present to our Lord the very first abortion free state in America. ~ Flip

Here is the “Truth Truck, (with some new messaging) that my co-laborer, Johnny Brekeen and I have been driving since leaving Las Vegas 2 weeks ago.

So far we’ve been in 16 states, prayed with dozens of intercessors and sidewalk counselors in front of 27 abortion mills, visited almost over a dozen Crisis Pregnancy Centers, and most of all probably a hundred thousand plus Americans may have viewed the truth Truck exposing the ugly reality of baby butchering through legalized abortion on demand.

Expending 454.8 gallons of diesel fuel at an approximate cost of $1933 we are in the final days of an amazing journey. As of tonight (10-31-2012) we have driven 4,647 miles and we ain’t done yet! Our total “behind the wheel” driving time to date is 97 hours and 45 minutes.

If you would like to help defray the costs of this amazing journey please:

Dear Elijah Ministries,

My name is: (add your name).  I have just made a donation in the amount of:  $____ to cover the final expenses for the 5,000+ mile States of Refuge Truth Truck Tour because I also believe abortion will not end in America until America sees abortion.

Thank you!

Friends we are now in Mississippi preparing to help direct the 5 day pro-life Outreach for the States of Refuge taking place here in Jackson, MS Wednesday November 7th-11th. We may actually see Mississippi become the first abortion free state just days before the 40 year Anniversary of legalized pre-born baby murder.

Here’s a special treat. Enjoy this video and keep praying!

Election 2012 – Some Answers to Difficult Questions

Rev. Flip Benham   October 30, 2012

This is not a new teaching – It is a truth found throughout Scripture.  God will use His enemies to discipline us and bring us to repentance.  He, Himself, will become our enemy to bring us to repentance (Isa 63:10).  LOVE!

To vote for the lesser of two evils is to vote for evil still.  This is absolutely true.  Nothing has changed.  The fact that we are presently under the judgment of God for the shedding of innocent blood, and that we have two people running for president who do not acknowledge the true God of Scripture is plain evidence of this.  We have been found guilty!  The salt has lost its saltiness!  We are being trampled under the feet of men.  So what do we do?  Who do we vote for?

First, we must recall that God is looking for the repentance of His church – not the repentance of the Republican Party.  After all, “…judgment begins in the house of God.” 1 Peter 4:17.

Those who are running in third parties that acknowledge the true God of Scripture; Tom Hoeffling, Virgil Goode, et al., have not done their “due diligence” to plead the case of the fatherless to win it.  They are simply pleading it to plead it.  Every four years the Constitution Party or America’s Party, do the easy thing to just run someone for president without doing the hard work of running and working for those down ballot candidates.  There is no way that they will ever have my vote again.

The Church of Jesus Christ is nowhere near repentance for the shedding of innocent blood in America.  We do not see it as our responsibility.  We have, by and large, left it up to the Republican Party to fight this battle for us.  We just give our vote and expect Republicans to fix it.  In the same way,Israel(the southernkingdomofJudah) was in no way ready to repent of sacrificing her children in the valley of Ben Hinnom, even though she was overcome by Nebuchadnezzar and taken into captivity in Babylon.  God made it very clear through His prophet Jeremiah that the people in captivity were to work for the peace of that pagan nation while they were in it for seventy years.  He was looking for their repentance.  It was going to take awhile.

We need to be working for the peace of our nation.  Our nation is worth saving.  We were once the most powerful, free, and prosperous nation on this planet.  We were, in John Winthrop’s words, “…A shining city set on a hill,” that the whole world might see the glory of Almighty God.  This was and is our mission.  But we have become the world’s sewer – pumping out drugs, porn, sexual slavery, violence, and every imaginable evil.  We are dragging God’s name through the mud, the blood, and the beer, of our own sin, and slaughtering His children along the way.

Spiritually, we find ourselves in a strange land (Babylon).  God’s judgment is upon us.  Our enemies are ruling over us.  But, just as Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were true to their God, they were also called to work for the peace of that pagan nation –Babylon.

Queen Esther and her uncle Mordecai worshipped the One True God, but they also worked for the peace of the pagan nation Babylon.  How could they reconcile working for the “lesser of two evils?”  Why didn’t they rebel and declare the God of the Torah the only true God?  Because God told them to work for the peace of that nation, for if that nation had peace they too would have peace and multiply.  God knew the plans He had for them (Jer 29:11-12), and He, Himself, would bring them back to Jerusalem.  Please read Jeremiah 29-31 again and then put it in context of the entire book (note that the book itself is not in chronological order).

Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Mordecai, Esther, and Ezra were all true to Almighty God, yet they worked for the peace of a pagan nation and rose (God lifts up one and brings down another) to power in that nation.  How about Joseph in Egypt?  All were a true light into the lives of pagan kings and rulers.  They were not rebels.  They were in the truest sense submitted to Almighty God first, and to pagan kings second.  They were lights in dark nations.  As that nation was blessed, God’s people were blessed and became a nation once again, that the whole world might know that there is another King – One called Jesus!

America’s history can be traced to this.  We are one link in the chain of the westward movement of the Gospel of Christ.  We must have eyes to see (John 5:19-20) what God is doing in our nation.  Remember, we will serve the kingdom we see, and we will become like the god we worship, Jeremiah 2:5.

We pray that many of you are planning to join us in Jackson, Mississippi, this November 7-11, 2012.  Here is a short report of some of the exciting events that took place as Jason Storms and his School of Evangelism moved into Little Rock, Arkansas, after we had just finished storming the gates of hell at the last free standing abortion mill there.
The battle is being won by simple little Christians living out their faith in the streets of our cities.  To God be all the glory!      ~ Flip

As Chet Gallagher and I are preparing the way of the Lord in Jackson, MS for our States of Refuge regional event, we received this encouraging report from Jason Storms who leads Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism.  They recently returned from storming the gates of hell in Arkansas. The following is the powerful report. Please pray for our efforts. May the Lord raise up more ministries like FSSE to partner with us to liberate America from bloodguiltiness one state at a time in Jesus holy and mighty name! ~ Rusty

Arkansas Tour Report

By Jason Storms

Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism ventured down south to Arkansas this month to assist in a national pro-life effort. States of Refuge, led by Operation Save America, seeks to bring pro-life ministries in successive waves through the five states in our country with one remaining abortion clinic. If one of these clinics closes its doors we will have our first abortion free state since Roe v Wade!

We focused our outreach the first two days at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway – 30 minutes north of Little Rock. We had excellent crowds gather as we open air preached, displayed signs, and distributed literature. In the south most students are professing Christians and claim to be pro-life. The difficulty we encountered was not getting agreement with our message, but rather getting folks to act pro-life.

We frequently heard such phrases as “I would never have an abortion. I think it’s wrong, but it’s not my place to judge.”  This confusion must be driveling from the pulpits because we heard it like a broken record from good church-going, “saved” folks.

We had some success in contesting these bad ideas as many students told us their mind had changed after listening to the preaching and discussing with members of our group. Just as Paul “reasoned and persuaded” (Acts 17,18, 19) so we too seek to be ambassadors of our King. This requires patience, listening, and boldly setting forth the truth of God’s Word with all the force of reason and conscience bearing down upon them. This is how the Holy Spirit brings conviction of sin, knowledge of God and repentance to a lost soul. It is a joy to partner with the Holy Spirit in the great work of the Gospel.

Arrest in Hot Springs

One of our young men joined with some locals in Hot Springs for some extra-curricular activities. Hot Springs has a thriving homosexual community. In front of a local “gay” bar seemed like a good place to share the gospel. Unfortunately the local police didn’t think so. Aaron, a young FSSE student, was arrested for standing in front of the bar.  After a short discussion the police asked Aaron to turn around. He thought they were going to check him for weapons and then tell him where he should stand to exercise his First Amendment rights. Instead they cuffed him and took him into jail! The next day as we came to bail him out, an officer at the precinct told me “He was telling folks they were going to hell, you just can’t do that. They had to take him in.” Fortunately the ADF has supplied us with a lawyer, the same attorney defending two other brothers who were arrested at the Little Rock abortion clinic two weeks prior during a States of Refuge event.

The Last Arkansas Surgical Abortion Clinic

The lone clinic in Arkansas flaunts its bloody work in the face of the local church. We were blessed to see a handful of locals interceding for babies headed to their death. It was a privilege to stand with them as a voice and a presence against the bloodshed.

We pray that more Saints in Arkansas would hear the call to stand up boldly for Christ. Cowering in the comforts of our suburban community churches will not satisfy Christ’s command to preach the gospel and make disciples of all nations. We were tremendously blessed by the few brave locals who stood on the streets with us, who showed us such love and hospitality, and who fearlessly let their lights shine before men that they may see their good works and glorify their Father in heaven. We pray for them and that the Lord would add to their numbers.

May the continued efforts of the States for Refuge campaign awaken a Spirit of Revival amongst God’s people and end abortion in this nation! Thank you for all your prayers and support on behalf of our labor for Christ and the voiceless.

In Christ,

Jason Storms

Director
Faithful Soldier School of Evangelism

We are looking forward to and encouraging you to join us in Jackson, Mississippi, this November 7-11.  We will be storming the gates of hell at the last remaining abortion mill in the state of Mississippi.  We are praying that sooner, rather than later, we will be able to present to our Lord the first abortion free state in America.  Chet, Coach, Cal, Rusty, Dale, and a whole slew of us will be allowing the theology of heaven to become biography in the streets of Jackson.

Please note: this event begins the day after our Presidential election.  Rest assured that neither Republicans, Democrats, nor Third Parties, are going to plead the case of the fatherless to win it.  That is solely the job of the Church of Jesus Christ.  The gates of hell cannot prevail against her.  So, come on, let’s give ‘em heaven in the streets of Jackson!    ~ Flip

Hello Flip:
I Am in Elenfontein (in KwaZuluNatal, South Africa) at the farm of the Bohmers. (sheep and honey – lovely place)  We are packing to leave at 4 AM tomorrow for Zavora in Mozambique. This will be my last chance to communicate with home until be return Oct 30.  We are not going to Botswana (bummer!!). Can you believe it – the gov would not allow us to go to the bushmen villages – only to the capitol city.(  they are so selfish)  Carl-Heinz the surgeon & Johann are going there to perform one or two days surgeries and then joining us in Mozambique. We are hoping that if Carl Heinz and Johann help the rich gov officials they will allow us to go to the poor in Feb. No one on the team felt led to go to give medical aid to rich people in cities so we are going instead to Mozambique.  It is the peak of malaria season there, so please keep us in prayer, but we all agreed we are called to the poor and needy not the city.

The South Africa march for life was wonderful. There were about 600 -1ooo people.  The police did not believe we would still come in the pouring rain – mistake!! It was such fun ( about 5 K up hill and down but I made it – Thank you Lord!!) .  The Zulu young people are loud when they chant and they were chanting (in Zulu this is is English translation) – “You say kill your baby, life will be better – God says NO!! – We will NOT do it!” ( they shout the NO and the NOT very loud)  I spoke on Saturday and the march was Sunday.  We stayed on the KwasizaBantu Mission ( about 3 hours from Durban and on the Sunday morning at church Om Freidel ( one of the pastors) gave a strong message to stand for life and then sent a huge bus load (tractor trailer -the trailer was a HUGE bus) of Zulu’s with us to the March.

Miss Pat 🙂

Shaylah McQueen is her name and the son who changed their “Destiny” is named Alander Jr.; she calls him A.J. and has written one of the finest, most God glorifying letters, I have ever read; praising those who were there for her at the abortion mill as she was planning to kill her, “Destiny.”

To the Saints in Connecticut –  Hooo-Rah!  And  Hallelujah!

Giving Birth to My Destiny

by Shaylah McQueen

Shaylah McQueen with her "Destiny" son named AJ

It was a miserable morning in New Haven, CT as my boyfriend and I managed our way through the frozen January air across the street to the abortion clinic, Planned Parent Hood. The building resembled that of an old cathedral which I found ironic because this place was not at all a place of worship; especially not for the reason I came here. The clinic used to be a part of Yale University, one of the most prestigious schools in the country. But now it just stood alone and abandoned, just as I felt that day.

When I found out I was two months pregnant, I immediately knew what I had to do. As a young, intelligent, humble, motivated, wise, athletic, diligent and a hardworking African American female, I had a role to play and image to portray in my society. If I had a baby during my junior year of high school, my image as well as the image of all African American females would have been distorted. I would be labeled as another black girl who will drop out of school, sell my body for money and/or raise a child who would suffer from the generational curse of poverty, fornication, incompetency, and illiteracy. So as you see, I couldn’t be a mother, at least not at this time period.

As we approached the side of the abortion clinic where the entrance waited, I began to tell myself that I was making a big mistake. What if people find out that I had an abortion? I would never be able to live that down. There, there I told myself.  Everyone would be proud and I will not have to hear anyone’s harsh comments about me getting pregnant. I mean besides, being a mother is a disadvantage and a curse. I am going to abort and that is that  I said, convinced.

Now we were face to face with the clinic and my heart beat turned to thunder.  We were now literally five steps away from entering when suddenly these two anti-abortion protesters stopped us dead in our tracks. They introduced themselves as Marilynn and Marilynn’s granddaughter, Colby.

Marilynn with her brown winter coat looked like an oversized chocolate marshmallow with whip cream in the center. She had to be about 35 years old. Colby’s face was a cotton ball with rose buds as cheeks. She wore a gray corduroy coat that fit snug.  She was 17, two years older than me, at the time.

Colby spoke first. You would think since she was close to my age she would have had more of an effect on changing my mind. But, no, I almost instantly ignored her and brushed what she said aside. I mean how much could she relate to me and understand my circumstance? She didn’t fornicate out of wedlock, so she ought to have minded her own business.

Shaylah, AJ & Colby

Shaylah, AJ & Colby

Seeing, that I was still walking toward the clinic, Marilynn walked along side of me, grabbed my arm gently and asked if I could just please listen for a few moments. I was going to ignore her as well but before I could, she presented some pamphlets and posters that displayed babies that were aborted, or in her words, “killed”.  I felt compelled to see what she had to say about them. As I turned to my boyfriend, he stared at me furiously, barely blinking. His dark deep wrinkles shriveled up as he urged me to ignore them. Once he realized I was not going to budge his urges subsided.

The babies, well what was left of them, were fully developed regardless of how many weeks they were; the corpses ranged from two to twenty-four weeks old. Their transparent bodies were filled with a thick, charcoal-colored chemical that liquefied their insides. Their fragile, fragmented bodies were dismantled, making them look like some type of freakish lab experimentation that went wrong. “The babies that you showed me were actual babies; just smaller and underdeveloped? They were not just some glob of string like cells, called the fetus that would later form into the child- the fetus was the child in its entirety?” “Yes, you are correct, adds Marilynn, the abortionists don’t want you to know that you are murdering your precious baby, so they use words like “fetus” instead of baby and “abort” instead of kill.”

“Are you going to let the abortionist butcher your child to pieces? Do you know your child was not a mistake but planned by God? She asks me as she points to the verse in the bible that says how God knew our name and all about each and every one of us before we were even born.

Before I can answer her questions, she repeats herself and asks me if I was going to let the clinic butcher my child. As my stomach churned and felt a little light headed as I imagined them ripping my 2 month old child’s body apart, I answered no.

Colby and Marilynn laughed and hugged me with all their might. I cried while they embraced me because little did they know that I had a bigger issue to abort now;  the disappointment I will cause for my family and friends when they find out I am pregnant and keeping the baby. When I was in their arms, I felt like I could get through it. But the minute they let me go and dropped my boyfriend and I at his house, I knew I was alone again. Well, I thought I was. But they ensured me that they would keep in touch and help whenever I needed it.

They kept their word. A week later they invited me to their home town, Bridgeport, to share my testimony with their friends and family.

Even 7 months later, on August 10, 2010, when I had given birth to my 7 lbs. 14 oz. son, Alander Zaccaeus Folson, they were both there; Marilynn and Colby.

When I look at my son, I always think of that miserable morning day when my life was changed forever. I could have let the pressure caused by my society weigh me down and force me to abort my son. I could have killed my child unintentionally. I could have pleased my boyfriend enough so that he could stay with me. I could have done a lot of things. But one thing I could not have done was kill something that I knew was a part of me—something that once destroyed could never be restored; my identity.

I gave birth to my destiny; my son. Ever since I had him I have never felt so alive. I used to think that popularity, good grades, expensive clothes (so expensive it hurt my pocket and my feet) and having so many to be proud of me was all that I needed to make me feel like I had purpose. But, I came to the epiphany that the best things in life are free and that having a few to be proud of me like my Lord Jesus Christ, myself and my son are all that I need to know that I have purpose.

Yes, when my boyfriend told my whole school that I had given birth to a son, of course I lost a lot of respect, confidence and hope from friends, teachers, family members and so forth.

Yes, I couldn’t play sports or hang out as much as I used to. Yes, I couldn’t think about only me anymore. Yes, I lost myself….my selfishness.

Raising a child showed me how to raise and discipline my own self so I do not get out of line. I learned that though it seemed that I was self-less as I thought about how others would react or behave if I had a child. But, I was too blinded to see by my selfishness of wanting to have the spotlight, gratitude, and recognition. This was what I feared most of losing once I had my son for it would be all about him and not enough about me.

But, here I was wrong. You see, I found out that the very thing I feared of losing because of my son, I gained.

I gained recognition for being a young, single African American mom who after giving birth, though missing a horrendous amount of days of school, graduated in the top 1% of her class. I gained gratitude by those that doubted me at first and labeled me as a statistic; another name and number in the record book of black shame. I gained the spotlight. Now, all eyes are on me to observe how good of a mother and young lady I am and how good of a son and gentle man my son will turn out to be. Also, I was given this privilege to show the reader how I developed into becoming my true self and how I took hold of my destiny; my son.

I write before you as a firm believer in Christ and a true believe that being a mom is a blessing and privilege because it takes someone with great skill, tolerance, young/child-like (pure) love, self-respect, wisdom, motivated, humility, intelligence (do some of these adjectives ring a bell?), and resilience to be a great teacher. Just as I teach my son, he teaches me how to be a better mother and person, every day. I do not know about you, but to be taught every day how to be a better person is priceless and something worth cherishing.

You will enjoy this short news story of what took place at Ohio State University when the saints allowed the theology of heaven to become biography on the hallowed sidewalks of Ohio State University. They were there to greet the President of the United States of America with a horrible truth that he wholeheartedly supports.

May the tribe of these great and bold saint ever increase! ~ Flip

Our great brother in Jesus, Cal Zastrow, has fought in the courts and won a strategic Gospel battle to proclaim the Truth in the streets of Montana.  Amazing what God can do through those who simply take Him at His Word and proclaim His Truth in the streets. Here it is!
